Chapter 2

<Allentown, New American League>

         The two figures slumbered peacefully until the sound of an alarm shattered the silence of the bedroom.

         “mmmm.” Camilla weakly pushed at the weight draped over her body. “Tanya?”

         The girl stirred, sliding off slightly and rubbing at her eyes. “Huh? What time… what time is it?”

         “That’s my alarm.” Camilla finally managed to work her way free and batted at the beeping pokedex. “Stupid… Fucking…” her random swipes only managed to knock the device onto the floor. “…Shit.”

         Tanya struggled upright and slid off the bed, padding over to jab the silence on the alarm. “It’s… Nine.”

         Camilla groaned and rubbed at her eyes. “It’s time to get up.”

         “Do we haaaave to?”

         Camilla grunted when Tanya dropped onto her again. “Yes. We need to practice together before the training camp.”

         “Mmm.” Tanya rested her head on Camilla’s chest. “That’s such a silly rule.”

         “Every tamer has to do it.” Camilla explained for at least the tenth time. “Even the ones taming competitors did. It’s a rule in the League.”

         “I know.” Tanya idly pulled the backs of her claws across Camilla’s bare skin. “I just want to spend more time with you first.”

         Camilla gently kissed the top of her head. “We’ve had a week.”

         “Not enough.” Tanya murmured. “The first few days don’t count, anyways. We had all that paperwork to do, and then I took you to meet my parents… And dad used up another day doing stuff.” She sighed. “I don’t want this to end.”

         “It won’t.” Camilla murmured back. “I’m your tamer now. I’m not going anywhere.”

         Tanya made a happy noise when Camilla teased her nipples, the two sharing a long kiss before Tanya broke away. “I know. I’m so glad.”

         They both cleaned up and got dressed, Tanya as usual foregoing a shirt of any kind and only pulling on her exercise shorts. Camilla found her casual outfit and pulled it on, but not before taking the time to appreciate Tanya’s ass. “If I ever get tired of seeing your butt in those shorts, punch me.”

         The Torch Chick beamed, waggling her rump a bit before following Camilla out the door. “You don’t comment about my chest anymore.”

         “The last comment I made got me punched.” Camilla grumbled. “And not when I wanted you to. I wasn’t aware you were that testy about their size.”

         Tanya pouted. “I’m not, really… I just wonder what it’s like having something more than a couple of bumps and overly sensitive nipples.” She gestured behind Camilla’s back. “You seem to love it when I go at yours.”

         Camilla shrugged nonchalantly. “They’ve got their ups and downs.” She intentionally bounced a bit more with her next steps. “See?”

         Tanya let out a frustrated grunt and shoved the laughing woman into the common room of the pokecenter. There wasn’t any activity, a usual scene for early on a Monday. Today the third NurseJoy manned the station, a nervous new teenager named Kayla.

         “W-welcome to…” Kayla started before covering her face with her hands. “Good morning Camilla.”

         Camilla smiled gently. “Morning, Kayla. Tanya and I are headed out for the day. If you see Margaret, can you tell her we’ll do our laundry when we get back?”

         Kayla nodded, still covering her face. “Have fun.”

         Tanya waited to speak until the door had closed behind them. “I don’t think she’ll make it at the counter.”

         “Probably not.” Camilla agreed. “Are you ready for today?”

         Tanya nodded, though her voice had a nervous sway to it. “Yea, I got this. It’s just the introduction course, right? They won’t expect me to, like, fight someone… right?”

         “I hope not.” Camilla muttered. “I want you to know something. If we’re ever in trouble, I’ll be right there beside you, okay? I know what the books say and what I’ll probably be told today, but I don’t care. I’ll be fighting right with you.”

         Tanya stared at her wide-eyed. “You keep saying that.”

         “I mean it.” Camilla stated firmly. “I know I haven’t told you why yet, but I’ve been trying to get to know you. I don’t know if I should share this with just anyone.”

         Tanya nodded after a moment. “Okay. When you’re ready, you’ll tell me?”

         “You’ve decided to go with me through life.” Camilla replied. “I can’t keep it a secret from you forever. Once I’m ready, you’ll know.”

         Tanya nodded again, walking in silence for a few moments. “This has to do with where you disappear to sometimes.”

         Camilla rubbed her neck in embarrassment. “I was hoping you hadn’t noticed.”

         “It’s only been twice, but I noticed.” Tanya smiled. “I’ll wait.”

         They walked past City Hall and into the smaller building beside it, Camilla presenting her identification for the door guard before the two walked further into the barracks. As they entered the common area Camilla chuckled. “Hey, hey, hey! I recognize that face.”

         The man sitting inside glanced up and chuckled back. “So do I! Good morning, Ms. Camilla. I assume you’ve passed your level 0 license test, if that pretty young woman following you is any indication.”

         Tanya pouted, sliding up behind Camilla and peeking out at the grinning man. “I am Miss Camilla’s pokegirl.” She stated haughtily.

         Marshaw waved his hand. “I’m teasing, honey. I’m more than satisfied with the women who’ve allowed me to be a part of their lives.” He nodded at Camilla. “I heard we had a new tamer coming for their intro course today, but I didn’t expect it to be you. Congratulations.”

         “Thanks.” Camilla replied. “Are you going to be running it?”

         “Me? Nah. I’m too busy working.” Marshaw shrugged. “Alright, not right now, but you get the idea. No, that will be… One of the mayor’s girls, I think. Shanon, I think her name is?”

         “Sharon?”

         Marshaw snapped his fingers. “Yea, that’s the one. She works with the level 0s the most. Are you in the Outset program? Usually those people don’t need to take their tests as quickly as you did.”

         Tanya tuned out the two humans as they talked, instead looking around the room they were in. She wasn’t all that experienced, but something about the area… It seemed off. It didn’t feel dangerous, yet, but she wanted to figure out what was wrong before it might threaten Camilla.

         Camilla noticed Tanya looking around and cocked her head. “Everything alright?”

         “No.” Tanya stated. “Stay with me.”

         Camilla was looking at Tanya and missed the approving smile Marshaw had grown. “You’re sure?”

         “I know it might be a bit strange to be in here for the first time, but there’s nobody in here who isn’t supposed to be.” Marshaw called. “You can relax.”

         Tanya suddenly turned to him. “The door guard was a pokegirl. You are a human tamer. Tamers on active duty must never be without a guardian pokegirl at any time, even when within a city limit. Where is yours.”

         Marshaw couldn’t hide his grin anymore as he began laughing. “Well done, well done!” He smiled at the thoroughly confused Camilla. “You’ve got a sharp one there, Camilla. What’s her name?”

         “My name is Tanya.” Tanya replied.

         “Tanya, you’re absolutely correct. How old are you?”

         “Where is she.” Tanya replied bluntly.

         Marshaw pointed at the wall, the shadow coalescing after a moment to show Sharon stepping into the room. “Sharon is acting as my guard right now.”

         The shadowy woman had a matching smile as she looked at Tanya. “I usually can catch a new pokegirl off guard with that trick. I’m impressed.”

         Tanya only relaxed when Camilla laid her hand on the Torch Chick’s shoulder. “I know both of them.” She looked curiously between the two. “What was this about?”

         “Your first lesson of the introduction course.” Sharon explained, walking over and nodding at Marshaw. “You can head back to your room now, shift captain. Thank you for your time.”

         “My pleasure.” Marshaw threw a half salute as he left. “Time for me to get some rest. Talk to you two later!”

         Sharon looked back at Tanya. “Can you please answer Marshaw’s question? I have your file, but I didn’t read very deeply.”

         “I’m 21.”

         “Ah, so you’ve had some time to get ready for this day.” Sharon gave Camilla a good-natured smile. “You, however, I knew I could catch out. Without being rude, you only barely earned your license.”

         Camilla blew air out her nose. “I know.” She pointed at the couches. “Can we sit down, or are we going somewhere?”

         “Oh, by all means, sit.” Sharon delicately perched on the arm of one couch while Tanya and Camilla took seats across from her. “I would like to congratulate you again on your awareness, Tanya. And Camilla, don’t feel too bad; you have no enhanced senses so there would be no way you could detect me even if you knew to look.” She continued when the two nodded. “Today I will be performing a baseline test on each of you. Camilla, I will be instructing you in your field duties as Tanya’s tamer, and Tanya, I will be making sure you are combat capable. Now, I won’t be fighting you – I’m not very good at holding my punches – but I will be strenuously testing your skills. Are you ready to begin?”

         Tanya took a deep breath before nodding. “I am.”

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
         “Owwww.”
         Camilla carefully moved the ice pack across Tanya’s back. “That looked like it really hurt.”
         The Torch Chick hissed when Camilla found the next bruise. “It did. But I got through it.”
         Camilla beamed. “You sure did. Sharon seemed impressed too.”
         “Well, it’s not like I’ve been sitting on my ass for five and a half years.” Tanya grumbled, clenching her teeth when the pain flared again. “Why can’t I just get healed.”
         “She said you should keep the bruises for a few hours to remember what they feel like.” Camilla muttered. “I don’t like it any more than you do.”
         “Yea but I get to feel the damn things.” Tanya snapped. “You don’t.”
         Camilla silently continued her ministrations. “Would it make you feel better if I told you that I’ve had to experience worse? I know what you’re going through and I wish you weren’t.”
         Tanya frowned at the air. “You have?”
         “I’ve been injured pretty badly in training accidents before. And those weren’t planned, like this was. Bruises and broken bones were the best part of those times.” She sighed. “I’ve lost a hand before. That was fun.”
         Tanya blanched but didn’t move so as not to aggravate her back. “You’ve what? Did they put it back on?”
         Camilla gazed at the back of her hand. “In a way. I had this teammate who could control time in a limited area. She used her power to give me my hand back.” She shook her head. “It wasn’t a perfect fix, since my body didn’t quite understand it was my old hand, but after a few weeks in the medical ward I was fine.”
         “Time magic is very rare.” Tanya said in amazement. “There’s only one type of pokegirl who can use it, right?”
         “I don’t-“ Camilla stopped herself. “Probably.”
         Tanya frowned. “There you go again.”
         “Hm?”
         “There’s a lot of things you’re not telling me. In your story, the person who used their magic wasn’t a pokegirl, were they? You hesitated just now when I asked you about time magic.”
         Camilla grimaced. “You’re a smart girl.”
         “What’s the big secret?”
         Camilla stared at the Torch Chick’s back. “It has to do with where I disappear to.”
         Tanya made an unhappy noise. “You won’t tell me yet.”
         “I don’t know.” Camilla replied helplessly. “I’m worried if it gets out, I won’t be able to live normally anymore.”
         Tanya hummed thoughtfully. “Are you a spy?”
         Camilla blinked in surprise. “What? No, why do you say that?”
         “You aren’t really familiar with the area or a lot of pokegirl things, but you’re very well trained.” Tanya reasoned. “Like you’ve been fighting or training for a long time. And you just said if your secret gets out, you won’t be able to live normally. That sounds like a spy.” She flashed a smile at Camilla the best she could. “But you’re not?”
         “no.” Camilla’s voice was small. “No, but you’re right. I’ve been fighting for over seven years.”
         Tanya nodded sagely. “So you’re a rebel. One of those humans who sometimes make trouble for the league. If they figured out who you are, they’d chase you down!”
         “No, I’m not a rebel.” Camilla sighed. “I’m a superhero.”
         Tanya whirled, crying out when her back flared but ignoring it to stare at Camilla. “You’re a WHAT?”
         Camilla dropped her arms and gaze. “I’m a superhero. I call myself Metal Maiden.”
         Tanya’s jaw was hanging open. “You’re kidding.”
         “No, I’m not.” Camilla moved back around and pressed the ice against Tanya’s back. “I have a suit of armor I use to fight with. It’s broken right now, which is where I keep disappearing to.”
         Tanya slowly caught her breath. “I- I can hear it in your voice. You’re not lying.”
         “I wouldn’t lie to you.” Camilla replied. “Everything I’ve read talks about how the bond between a pokegirl and her tamer is sacred. It’s almost as if we’re married.” She shrugged slightly. “If I lie to you, how would you be able to trust me out there?”
         Tanya whimpered when she felt the pain in her back angrily remind her why she wasn’t supposed to be moving. “Then you… fight crime?”
         “I used to.” Camilla absentmindedly gazed at Tanya’s back. “A couple weeks ago there was an accident. When I woke up, I was here.”
         “But your armor is broken?”
         “Yea. It’s a power suit, and right now it’s out of power.” Camilla shrugged to herself. “It takes a lot of juice to keep it running. I still don’t know where to recharge it.”
         Tanya waited a minute before her body tensed. “I want to see it.”
         “You don’t believe me?”
         “I do,” Tanya explained, “but I want to see this for myself.”
         “Once you’re healed up, I’ll take you to where it’s hidden.” Camilla promised. “Okay?”
         “Alright.”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

         Tanya stared at the pile of metal. “Oh my god.”

         “See? This is my suit.” Camilla nudged a piece with her toe. “No power. Can’t use it. But I’ve been working on it a bit.” She bent down and pointed at where she had modified the waist. “I added some notches, here, three on each side for pokeballs. Since once I’m using it again I’ll have to worry about keeping your pokeball ready. And then there’s the carrying pockets...”

         Tanya just stared as Camilla continued talking. “You’re really a superhero. Really really.”

         Camilla stood and brushed her hands off. “Yep. I did try to tell you back when you chose me as your tamer. That you had no idea what you were getting yourself into.”

         Tanya looked back down at the suit. “I never could have imagined this.”

         “Do you want to back out?” Camilla shrugged when Tanya whirled to her. “Now that you know the truth.”

         “Are you kidding? This is incredible!” Tanya laughed happily. “Oh my goodness this is going to be so much fun!”

         Camilla smiled at her earnest joy. “Once I figure out how to charge it and get it back online I want to take the level 1 license test. That way we can travel and I can use it without needing to explain myself as often.”

         “Who made this for you?” Tanya asked excitedly. “An Armsmistress?”

         “I made it myself.”

         “You made it- wow.” Tanya couldn’t help but giggle as she let the revelations flow over her. “My tamer is a superhero. Does that make me your sidekick?”

         “Of course not.” Camilla replied haughtily. “That would be silly.” She waited just a moment for Tanya to start to frown before continuing. “You’re my partner, aren’t you?”

         Camilla grunted when Tanya squealed happily and leapt into her arms. “Yes!”

         Camilla chuckled and kissed her cheek. “Now you know. I’ll introduce you to ODIN later, once I can get him back online.”

         “Who?”

         “He’s the AI of my suit.” Camilla explained. “Like I said you’ll meet him later.”

         “Okay.” Tanya dropped back to the ground. “Why’s he named Odin?”

         “It’s an anagram.” Camilla explained. “It stands for Onboard Defense INtelligence. He helps me control all the gadgets.”

         “Wow.” Tanya whispered again. “So, how do you usually charge it? Do you need a certain current?”

         Camilla looked at her in surprise. “What do you know about that?”

         “Um, not too much.” Tanya confessed. “But I love to read. I’ve picked up all sorts of things.”

         “I am so fortunate to have found such a smart partner.” Camilla gushed. “The power banks should be able to handle anything up to a lightning strike. The problem is finding that kind of power to plug into.”

         Tanya looked thoughtful. “Do you need to plug it in somehow?”

         “Well, as long as the electricity goes through the charging lines, it should be fine.” Camilla replied. “I was experimenting with turning the suit itself into a conductor so I was more resistant to electrical attacks. Why?”

         “Why don’t we just get an electric pokegirl to charge the battery?”

         Camilla stared at Tanya for a moment. “That’s... not a bad idea. But I’m only allowed to have one pokegirl right now.” She frowned. “And I can’t just reveal my secret to some random girl, can I?”

         “Probably not.” Tanya mused. “Does the battery have to stay with the suit?”

         “The main power supply does.” Camilla replied. “The backup doesn’t. But the backup only holds a tiny fraction of the main charge, since it’s only meant to power vital systems for long enough to get somewhere safe. Ten minutes of operation, maximum.”

         “Is it charged now?”

         Camilla nodded cautiously. “Yes?”

         “We find an electric feral.” Tanya explained, her own expression as uncertain as Camilla’s. “I get it angry, and then get it to attack the suit. That should power it a bit.”

         Camilla stared at her. “That’s dangerous.”

         “Do you have another idea?”

         Camilla slowly shook her head. “No. I don’t. But I don’t want you to get hurt.”

         Tanya smiled reassuringly. “That’s my job. I’m supposed to fight so you don’t have to.” She chuckled. “Sure, you’ll change that, but right now I’m all that we’ve got.”

         Camilla gazed at her armor. “You’re sure about this.”

         “I am.” Tanya held her head high. “I can do it.”

         Camilla cracked a smile. “Alright. Let’s get started.”

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
         Tanya crouched in the undergrowth, nervously watching the small group of pokegirls forage. They had gotten lucky, finding signs of pokegirls after about an hour and trailing them here. She had seen dozens of ferals in the last few hours but only now had what they were looking for appeared.
         The Peekabu grazed obliviously as Tanya crept towards the group. A couple of Titmice, a Pidgy, all in all there had been a great collection of ferals. But they only cared about this one.
         The Peekabu perked up when Tanya stepped out of the bushes, curiously watching the Torch Chick approach the berry bush they all were picking from. Tanya came to a halt right behind her and growled softly. “Mine.”
         The Peekabu’s ear flicked and she shoved another berry in her mouth before making an inquisitive noise.
         “MINE.” Tanya growled again, glaring at the few ferals around them. The timid Titmice fled first, the Pidgy plucking a last berry before taking off with them. The Peekabu merely watched Tanya step closer.
         Right before she reached the bush the feral hopped aside, watching Tanya expectantly. “No.” Tanya tried to make herself look big, staring at the juicy grape in the Peekabu’s hand. “That one.”
         The feral scowled, muttering in annoyance and taking a step back only for Tanya to follow. The feral paused, watching her before taking another step back and hissing when Tanya stayed right on her.
         “That’s right.” Tanya muttered. “I’m challenging you, you brain dead bitch.”
         The feral couldn’t have understood her but the tone was clear. With an angry scream the Peekabu dropped the berry, falling to all fours as her tail began to spark with energy.
         Tanya didn’t let her finish her attack; as soon as the feral dropped she kicked, driving her foot into the Peekabu’s chest right between her breasts. The angry scream quickly turned into a racking cough as the feral tried to catch her breath. Tanya ran.
         Camilla looked up when she heard the scream, getting to her feet and fiddling with her armor. The one piece of the plan Tanya hadn’t been able to promise was how she was going to make the feral attack the suit. If the girl acted on instinct, why would she intentionally attack an unmoving hunk of metal? It posed no threat. And Camilla was supposed to be hiding by now.
         But she couldn’t do that. If Tanya was hurt, it was all over. So she was going to be sitting in her suit when that feral started throwing electricity around. If things got bad, she had enough power to manually intervene. And if things went well... she could still remember the pain from the accident. A little shock would be nothing in comparison.
         Tanya dashed through the bushes, searching for Camilla. She didn’t see the human and breathed a sigh of relief, skidding to a halt in front of the motionless armor and turning to taunt the feral.
         “I bet you can’t even hit me!” She cried, cheekily flapping her arms. “Come on!”
         The Peekabu broke into the open, still on all fours and slowly stalking towards the dancing Torch Chick. If she wasn’t trying to kill her, Tanya might have enjoyed the view of the Peekabu’s swaying ass and breasts. Instead she focused completely on the feral’s twitching tail. The moment it started to point, she knew an attack would be coming.
         A shiver ran through her body while she waited. She’d been training for years just for this day. Her first real fight. But she wasn’t fighting back; not yet. She needed the feral to strike first.
         The Peekabu came to a halt staring at her. They both stood in a frozen tableau, Tanya poised to dodge, while the feral decided whether to attack.
         Suddenly the feral dashed forwards. Tanya wasn’t ready for a physical attack and as she tried to scramble away the angry Peekabu slammed into her, biting and clawing at her exposed skin.
         This was definitely not the plan. Camilla thought in a panic. Fight back!
         Tanya struggled with the feral, biting back her pained grunts and throwing the girl away. She just started to get to her feet when the blast of electricity caught her.
         The Peekabu shook her head, screaming her challenge at the twitching Torch Chick and beginning to move back towards her struggling opponent.
         “I knew she’d ignore the armor.” Camilla whispered, her eyes hardening when she activated the suit’s emergency startup sequence. “No matter who you once were, you’re my enemy now.”
         Tanya forced herself up, screaming in pain when the Peekabu slammed her back down and screeched in her face. She winced as the feral’s ragged claws dug into her limbs, the bloody wounds she had already sustained running streaks of red down her tanned skin.
         “I’m not losing to you.” Tanya snarled, forcing the Peekabu’s arms away with her enhanced strength. “You may be faster, but I’m strong-“
         She felt a copper taste fill her mouth when the Peekabu discharged, her muscles involuntarily seizing and bringing her jaws together mid sentence. With a brief fit of panic she realized she had bitten her own tongue even as her entire body refused to do what she wanted it to.
         “Boot now, NOW!” Camilla roared, activating the servos and taking a heavy step towards the fighting pokegirls. She ignored the warning messages, only caring that she was mobile before punching at the attacking feral.
         Tanya felt the feral’s claws rip through her skin as the body tumbled away and she forced her eyes open to see the suit standing over her. “N-no.” She managed to wheeze. “Camilla...”
         “GET AWAY FROM MY POKEGIRL!” Camilla screamed, staggering forwards and swiping at the feral again. The Peekabu easily avoided her strike, staring at the new threat. She feinted in once, growling when her claws skittered off the metal and falling back as her cheeks sparked.
         “That’s right.” Camilla laughed. “Hit me, bitch. HIT ME!”
         “NOO!” Tanya screamed, watching helplessly as the full strength attack sunk into Camilla’s chest.
         Camilla grunted when she felt the current skip through her body but it was nothing compared to what she had previously endured. “That’s right.” She muttered, flexing her hand across the manual controls. “Just like that. Open the breaker-“ she grinned when the whirring of the gears picked up in pace. “YES!”
         The feral let off her attack, staring at the motionless threat. Seemingly satisfied that she had neutralized it she began turning her attention back to Tanya.
         Camilla noticed the feral moving away but focused on her suit. The indicator for her power supply was more than half full and she closed the circuit to her primary systems.
         “Boot sequence initiated.” ODIN’s voice sounded through her ears. “Primary systems online. Good morning, Mistress.”
         “Emergency combat override. Get me functional.” Camilla snapped. “I’ll apologize later.”
         “Understood.” ODIN replied. “Bringing you online now.”
         Tanya gazed at her motionless tamer sadly. She’d tried to protect her. And now they both were going to die.
         Tanya blinked when the suit moved. Was she alright?
         The Peekabu was getting ready to finish Tanya off when a noise behind her made her turn. In a flash she was in the air, her brain trying to process the sudden pain before she smashed into a tree and slid bonelessly to the forest floor.
         Tanya gazed up at her savior. “Camilla?”
         The visor slid up to reveal Camilla’s worried expression. “Are you okay? Let me get your pokeball and-“
         “No.” Tanya lay her head back with a smile. “Just give me a minute.”
         Camilla looked over at the dead feral. “I think I hit her too hard.”
         “No, it was great.” Tanya sighed. “It worked.”
         “You were almost killed!”
         “That’s my job.” Tanya replied happily. “To take the risks you shouldn’t.”
         Camilla shook her head. “You’re crazy.”
         “Maybe.” Tanya whispered. “But I’m your crazy.”
         Camilla couldn’t help but smile at the girl’s earnestness. “I guess that’s true.” She bent down, lifting Tanya into her arms. “Let’s get back home.”
         Tanya made an affirmative noise as the two began walking back to the city.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

         “So you’re ODIN?” Tanya stressed the name correctly this time. “It’s a pleasure to meet you.”

         “And you, Miss Tanya.” ODIN bowed from where Camilla had linked his avatar into her pokedex. “I want to thank you for helping Mistress Camilla while I was offline.”

         Tanya blushed slightly at the use of the word mistress. “It was my duty.”

         ODIN smiled warmly. “As it is mine, Miss. I was not available to assist and you were.”

         “I’m glad the two of you are getting along.” Camilla chuckled. “ODIN, I want to have Tanya registered as a secondary operator.”

         ODIN glanced at her. “Mistress, I am not sure that is wise.”

         “The suit doesn’t have the prototype slippoint generator installed. I’m stuck, and Tanya here is going to be working with me for hopefully a long time to come.” Camilla shrugged. “I get that you don’t like me designating secondaries, but the fact is sometimes I won’t be able to make all the decisions.”

         “That is what I am for, Mistress.”

         “Yea? Weren’t you just talking about how Tanya did a good job?”

         ODIN bowed his head. “I was, Mistress. My apologies.” He turned to the curious Torch Chick. “Miss Tanya, I will need to create a full user profile for you. Unfortunately we are not in the Vindicator complex and I have no access to my usual medical bay.”

         “The device you’re currently interfacing with has a pretty advanced scanner.” Camilla called from where she was tinkering. “I want to incorporate it into the suit, actually. For now, can you use it to scan Tanya?”

         “Yes Mistress.” ODIN cocked his head. “Miss Tanya, can you please orient this device so you may be scanned? I have found the necessary controls.”

         Camilla watched Tanya maneuver the pokedex to ODIN’s commands, stowing her project when Tanya looked towards her. “So, do I-“

         “You now are authorized to command ODIN to do something.” Camilla explained, settling down next to her. “Your commands can’t override mine unless ODIN agrees they should, and even then he has a very strict set of protocols. However, as a secondary operator he can’t just ignore you anymore.” She gazed at Tanya. “I want you to remember that he’s not just a computer program. He has feelings too.”

         “Of course!” Tanya hurriedly replied.

         “Speaking of, Mistress.” ODIN prompted.

         “Right.” Camilla winced. “ODIN, I apologize for ordering you to shut down and how rude I was during combat. Were my actions improper?”

         “I do not find your commands to be out of line.” ODIN replied. “Both situations were handled properly. Thank you for your apology.”

         Tanya stared at the two with undisguised curiosity. “What’s that about?”

         “A while ago I did some stupid things. At the time, ODIN had no way of judging my actions beyond just knowing they were wrong. So, after I came to my senses, I created a set of protocols for him. If I do something he finds to be improper, he warns me. If I insist on continuing those actions without good reason, he is allowed to directly countermand my orders in whatever manner he finds most appropriate.” Camilla shrugged. “At his core, ODIN is an AI that I created to follow my commands. Before I basically gave him his free will, if I had ordered him to terminate himself, he would have had no choice but comply.”

         Tanya looked stunned. “That’s… horrible.”

         “In my defense, I was barely seventeen at the time.” Camilla muttered. “Look, it’s in the past. These days ODIN is as much of a person as you or I.”

         “And I am very grateful you saw reason back then, Mistress.” ODIN smiled at the two women. “Am I required for anything else, Mistress?”

         “Not that I know. Oh, and don’t make yourself known to anyone else if possible; use text only when we’re in public. I’m still trying to figure out whether I should reveal who I am or not.”

         ODIN nodded. “Understood.”

         Tanya watched the hologram vanish. “Why not just use your suit and everything?”

         “I did some reading.” Camilla organized her gear as she talked. “Looked into League law. While my suit isn’t illegal, per se, it is nowhere near standard equipment for a license 0 tamer. I might get some unwanted questions if I start running around in it right now.”

         Tanya nodded. “You must have a plan.”

         Camilla beamed. “You’re so intelligent. I love you so much.”

         Tanya blushed. “Um…”

         “Oh just take the compliment. Yea, I have a plan. Have you heard of the Armsmistress breed?”

         Tanya nodded. “Of course. That’s how I thought you got your armor in the first place.”

         “And that’s because they make armor that they can give to their tamer, right?”

         Tanya nodded again, slower this time. “Okay?”

         “That means that, with the right excuse, I can have a suit of metal armor.” Camilla waggled her eyebrows. “With me so far?”

         “Uh huh.”

         “And what about the Cyberelf?”

         Tanya shrugged. “Not sure about that one, but it sounds computer-y.”

         “It is. They’re a breed that can create specialized materials, usually of metal.” Camilla grinned. “So that’s where I got my components.”

         “I think I’m getting where you’re going with this.” Tanya giggled.

         “And finally, the VideoGirl.” Camilla finished. “If I really need to, I can pretend ODIN is one of those. But no matter how you look at it, would a license 0 tamer have access to any of those things?”

         Tanya shook her head. “Definitely not.”

         “So I can’t operate normally yet.” Camilla concluded. “License 1, possibly. License 2, I would only receive a few questions. By the time I got the third level, I doubt anyone would bat an eye.”

         “So we need to get your license upgraded.” Tanya grinned. “That’s going to suck. I’ve heard horror stories about the journey level tests.”

         “Oh?” Camilla raised an eyebrow. “Like what?”

         “Like how some of the ones who fail retire.” Tanya snickered. “And that they test the tamer just as hard as they test their pokegirls.”

         “I’m sure I can manage.” Camilla huffed.

         “Yea?” Tanya giggled. “You’ll have to find at least two more raging lesbians who want to join this crazy ride, and then you’ll have to make sure all of us can survive the kind of things they’ll throw at us during the tests. It won’t be easy. The last time I was flipping through the national census, they said that the percentage of level 0 tamers in the League was around 48%. Level 1, 21%. Level 2 was a measly 11%.”

         “Doesn’t it go up to level 5?” Camilla asked in surprise. “How few tamers make it that far?”

         “So few that most of them are known across the league by name.” Tanya replied seriously. “The second tamer in the league to coach his pokegirls to an Olympic gold medal, Lucas Boston. One of the most well known journeymen, Abraham Jones. And of course the current commander of the Mountainmen, Michael Tronski. He’s our first president’s grandson.”

         “That’s it?”

         “No, there are a few more. I just know of those ones because they’re the most famous.” Tanya shrugged apologetically. “I honestly don’t know much else about the license levels or anything. I’ve always wanted to compete, and my tamer’s license wouldn’t really affect those chances.”

         “So what’s the point of a tamer upgrading their license?” Camilla grumbled. “It’s not like it makes things easier for them. Heck, the expanded limits on how many pokegirls you’re allowed to have registered don’t make sense either. I can’t just force someone to be my partner.”

         “The League hates unclaimed pokegirls.” Tanya explained. “Well, unclaimed is the wrong word. Un... they don’t like pokegirls without a dedicated tamer.” She finally got out. “There’s probably some kind of incentive for tamers to upgrade their license and take care of more pokegirls but again, I never really cared enough to research that.”

         “And what’s the incentive for a pokegirl to take a tamer?” Camilla asked. “I’m sure you know more about that.”

         Tanya blushed. “Sometimes you just really like someone else.” She smiled for a moment before continuing. “I could get a job without a tamer, and I did, or I could eventually marry and not worry about it, but the main incentive is that that’s all I could do. Without a tamer I’m not allowed to enter any sort of competition, official, private, anything, I’m not allowed to join the Mountaineers, I’m not allowed to travel without some pretty expensive precautions... I become trapped. I understand why the laws are the way they are, it just sucks.”

         “They’re that afraid you’d go feral?”

         “Yup.” Tanya replied. “It’s a real danger. Leave me alone for a while and I’d get to the point where I can’t even realize I need sex. That’s all it takes and a few days later I’m a feral causing mayhem in the middle of the city.” She smiled shyly at Camilla. “But now I have someone looking after me. Someone who is there to make sure that doesn’t happen.” Camilla chuckled when Tanya slid onto her lap. “Someone to support my dreams. And who I can support back.”

         “Is this supposed to be the part where I show you how much I support you?” Camilla whispered, snickering when Tanya looked at her innocently. “I thought as much, you horny wench.”

         Margaret walked into the apartment after her shift and paused when she saw the clothes strewn about the living room. She quietly crept to the bedroom door, pressing her ear to the wood and waiting. After a few seconds she pulled away with a large smile and knocked. “Room for one more?”

         The surprised noises from inside prompted her to quickly pull her own top off and slip in to join the fun.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
         “I’ll be honest with you.” Sharon appraised the two women standing in front of her. “I have never had two recruits so quickly demonstrate their skill. Then again, most of the newbies I’m stuck with are eighteen year old teens who barely know which hole’s designed to be fucked.”
         Camilla grimaced. “Come on, is that comparison necessary?”
         “No,” Sharon conceded, “but it’s accurate.”
         “I’m too busy worrying about this training.” Camilla grumbled. “I don’t need distractions.”
         “Bah, you’ll be fine.” Sharon breezed. “They might push you two a bit harder than usual, but you’re still only a level zero. You’re not meant to know everything and they won’t expect you to.” She rolled her eyes when Camilla still looked worried. “Look, if a kid who knows nothing can survive it, I’m sure you can. I’ll see you two in a few weeks.”
         “Come on.” Tanya gently pulled Camilla towards the caravan that was waiting for them. “Our flight leaves at five.”
         The caravan leader helped them onto the back of a waiting pokegirl before walking up to his own ride. A few shouts and the procession lurched into motion, gradually picking up speed until they were moving at a brisk pace that quickly took Allentown out of sight.
         “Never be without a pokegirl... you are acting as battlefield commander...” Camilla slowly recited to herself, going over the basic rules. “Tanya, remind me again why I’m not supposed to put you in a pokeball?”
         “I’m your only pokegirl and you always need a guard so you don’t leave me without a tamer.”
         “Besides that.”
         “Being in a pokeball is really strange and I don’t want to be in one unless absolutely necessary?” Tanya tried.
         “Fair enough.” Camilla returned to her concentration. “But if more pokegirls join us and we need to go somewhere where we can’t all be walking around, it’s fine to use some pokeballs.”
         “Yes.”
         Camilla nodded to herself, watching the scenery pass by as they rode through the morning.
         It was mid afternoon when they arrived in Philadelphia. Thankfully the caravan was going right where they needed to; after a short pause at customs they made their way through the busy city to the airport. Like most things Camilla had seen in this world, instead of relying on technology the airport was full of winged pokegirls, some towering over the humans walking around by at least three feet.
         “This is our stop.” The leader called back, their procession winding into a small building where attendants began busily offloading the pokegirls. “You’ll want to head to the main terminal for directions.”
         Camilla yelped when the pokegirl they were sitting on sank to her knees, waiting for them to get off before standing again with a nervous smile. “Thank you for riding with me today, ma’ams.”
         “You did great.” Camilla quickly replied, watching the nervousness melt off the girl’s face. “If we need a ride back home I hope you’re around.”
         The girl’s expression instantly became happy. “Thank you!”
         Tanya giggled, grabbing their bags and casually twirling them over her shoulder. “Let’s find our next ride.”
         They walked for a few minutes before Tanya teasingly shoved Camilla’s shoulder. “You’re such a flirt.”
         “I am not!” Camilla retorted, grinning to herself. “I wanted her to know I appreciated her service.”
         “Mmhmmm.” Tanya smirked. “The same way you appreciate mine?”
         Camilla took a moment to process her jab before purpling and shoving her back. “Would you quit it? We’re in public.”
         “Never.”
         Camilla sighed but shook her head ruefully. “I let a fiery redhead into my life and I’m surprised when she has a quick tongue. I should have already known.”
         Tanya laughed at the double entendre and happily threw her arm around Camilla’s waist. “I’m so glad you found me.”
         “Me too.” Camilla replied with a smile, the two disappearing into the main terminal.
         They had made it well in advance, so an hour and a half later they were being ushered into a marked checkpoint. Tanya went first, a quick scan and check of her bag before she stepped into the Mountaineer terminal. Camilla followed soon after and the two were directed towards one of the towering pokegirls Camilla had seen earlier.
         “Good evening.” The girl rumbled. “Destination?”
         “Newark.” Camilla replied. “Mountaineer station.”
         “Two?”
         “Yup.” Tanya replied.
         The girl nodded. “If you are ready, please put on the safety equipment and follow me.”
         They grabbed two sets of gear from a station beside them before following the girl out into the open, watching her converse with a nearby attendant before turning back to them. She waited for them to put on the heavy overcoat and earplugs before her body shifted, the wings on her back stretching out to an incredible length. The newly transformed bird knelt, lowering one wing so Camilla and Tanya could get on her back before straightening.
         “Newark flight MR682 ready for departure.” Camilla could hear the attendant saying to someone. “Acknowledged. JESSICA!” Camilla couldn’t see them but she imagined the attendant was hailing their ride. “AIR CONTROL WANTS YOU ON VECTOR SEVEN! CLEAR FOR DEPARTURE!”
         The pokegirl made an affirmative noise and tensed, her muscles rippling under Camilla’s body as her wings unfolded and they shot into the sky.
         The speed was intense as the girl oriented and shot off away from the airport. After a minute she banked, turning towards Newark and settling into a steady rhythm.
         Camilla watched in awe as the air whipped past, the pokegirl’s feathers fluttering from the wind. “How fast are we going?”
         “Some Mikila can reach well over a hundred miles an hour without passengers.” Tanya piped up from behind her. “We’re probably going around sixty.”
         A noise that could only be laughter chirped from their ride and she shook her head. “Seventy?” Tanya tried again. Another laugh. “Eighty?”
         The pokegirl chirped again but didn’t move her head and Tanya’s eyes widened. “That’s crazy.”
         “That’s not...” Camilla started before catching herself. “What’s the fastest someone can fly?”
         “I mean, solo some pokegirls can go hundreds of miles an hour.” Tanya muttered. “But she’s huge and carrying both of us. Eighty is incredible.”
         Barely forty minutes later the pokegirl began to slow, winding her way towards a cluster of lights on the ground. Eventually she pulled up, starting a holding pattern. Camilla looked around. “What are we waiting for?”
         Almost on cue their ride turned, coming to a halt and flapping to stay in place. From below them another flying pokegirl appeared, positioning herself in front of them. “Designation?” Their ride chirped, receiving a groan from the other girl. “Mikila. Of course.” She flit in, fiddling with the harness across the Mikila’s chest and pulling back to read. “MR682. Hold please.” She turned, talking into a radio and waiting for a response. “MR682, you are cleared to land at gate echo seven. Fly slow; you have two solo riders on their way out.”
         The Mikila chirped an affirmative and began winging down as the air controller returned to her station. Camilla felt the air warm as they descended and soon they were landing, their ride rustling her wings before kneeling to let them off.
         Once they had reached the ground the girl shifted, her wings still flapping idly to keep them from seizing up. “Thank you for flying with me today, ma’ams.” The girl recited, nearly parroting what the first pokegirl had said. “I hope your experience was satisfactory.”
         “Jessica, right?” Camilla smiled when the girl nodded. “Thank you, it was very smooth.” She glanced at Tanya. “And I’ll leave it there since my partner thinks I flirt with every pokegirl I compliment.”
         Jessica smiled and bobbed her head. “Thank you Miss. If you were my tamer, I would likely make sure you weren’t doing the same.” She winked at Tanya before walking off to where a group of pokegirls was waiting around.
         Tanya grumbled and let Camilla lead the way into the terminal. “You stole my thunder.”
         “Oh no. Must have been an accident.” Camilla snickered. “You ready? Supposedly we’re meeting someone here and going straight to our training location.”
         “Ready as I’ll ever be.” Tanya replied. “Are you?”
         “I don’t know what they’ll want from me, so I’m a bit nervous. But I should be able to handle it.” Camilla shrugged. “First time I’ve been away from my suits like this though. Slightly worried about that.”
         “As discussed Mistress, I will bring the armor to your location under cover of darkness.” ODIN murmured from her pokedex.
         “Right. At least there’s that.” Camilla stretched. “Let’s get out of here.”
         A few questions directed them through the building to where a group of similarly aged boys and girls waited. Camilla looked around curiously and leaned towards Tanya. “Are these people all here for this training?” She whispered.
         “I think we’re the oldest here.” Tanya whispered back.
         A few of the waiting people looked them over but nobody moved to interact. Time ticked on as they waited, a few more pairs showing up to join the group.
         “Reminds me of waiting for my old trials.” Camilla muttered to herself. “Of course, back then I was allowed to use my suit.”
         “What were those?” Tanya whispered.
         “Kind of like how this league has these license levels, the Vindicators had a trial rank.” Camilla replied quietly. “Let me tell you, when you’re going up against a few dozen super powered individuals, it really sucks being the only base human in the room.”
         Tanya looked around at the pokegirls. “I don’t think you need to deal with the pokegirls.”
         “No, but I’ll have to deal with the tamers.” Camilla growled. “And I’ve already picked out three who have obvious powers.” She didn’t miss how one of the others she had been watching glanced in her direction as she talked. “If you’d like to talk, why not come over?” She continued just as quietly as before.
         The boy jumped slightly before grinning and shaking his head, his pokegirl looking at him curiously. Tanya was doing the same with Camilla until she turned away from the other tamer. “What was that about?”
         “That guy has good ears.” Camilla grumbled. “So just like the last time, I’ve got nothing to help me, surrounded by supers.”
         “You’ll be fine.” Tanya whispered as a Mountaineer approached the group. “Just be you.”
         Camilla felt herself relax slightly from Tanya’s encouragement, turning her attention to the man as he spoke. “…ing camp. If any of you aren’t supposed to be here for the basic training, please say something now so you’re not wasting everyone’s time.” He waited a moment. “Very good. Cadets, you will be going directly to your new lodgings. Follow the woman on my right. Sponsees, you will be first taking a classroom orientation, and then taken to your rooms. Check in with the woman to my left. Please remember, all of you, that you are on an active Mountaineer base. Cadets, I don’t need to tell you what that means. Sponsees, please do not try to go where you’re not supposed to.” He looked around one last time. “Alright. We have an hour before nightfall and longer than that before we’re done for the day, so let’s get moving!”
         Camilla and Tanya joined the flow of people, slowly working their way to the indicated pokegirl. Eventually they made it up and Camilla stopped in front of her. “Hello.”
         “Name and town?” The girl asked.
         “Camilla and Tanya, Allentown.” Camilla replied.
         “Got a last name there, Camilla?” The pokegirl asked.
         “Harrisburg.”
         “And you?” The girl turned to Tanya.
         “The same.” Tanya replied, her voice breaking nervously.
         Camilla felt her heart skip but did her best not to react. After a moment the pokegirl nodded. “I have you here. After the class you will be taking room 9D. Please follow the others down the hall and to your right until you see the open door.” She scribbled across her pad. “Next!”
         Camilla walked away far enough so they weren’t near the group before whirling and confronting Tanya. “What did you just tell her?”
         Tanya’s face was glowing red. “I- It’s part of the registration.” She squeaked. “It’s optional, but… as you said, when a pokegirl finds her tamer, it’s like she’s getting married. I wanted to take your name.”
         Camilla rubbed her face. “When were you going to tell me this?”
         “There hadn’t been a good moment.” Tanya said in a very small voice.
         “I guess I don’t have to worry about you running off on me, then.” Camilla muttered.
         Tanya shook her head. “No. No, you don’t.”
         “That’s one hell of a vow you’ve made.” Camilla warned. “I will hold you to this.”
         Tanya’s worried expression turned resolute as Camilla spoke. “I know. I’m here, and I’m yours. Forever.”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

         Camilla felt the impact against her back and coughed, using the air in her lungs to soften the blow. She heard the whistle blow and raised her hand, letting her opponent pull her to her feet.

         “Both of you, out of the ring!” Their instructor barked. “James and Erik, you’re up!”

         “Nice match.” The boy she had been sparring with muttered before he walked away. “Thanks.”

         Camilla waved in return, walking over to the water cooler and taking a huge swig before exhaling.

         The first few days of training had been nothing special. After the orientation night, which had touched on the very basics of a tamer’s duties, she and Tanya had been sent through extremely basic courses on survival and combat, culminating in a half day outing around the base. Camilla had found herself bored more than anything.

         This third day had picked up the pace just a bit. Currently, she and the other tamers were practicing the defensive combat techniques their instructors had taught them that morning. While none of them were likely to survive a direct encounter with a feral, they were at least going to be able to survive an extra second or two. A high octane demonstration from some of the Mountaineers had shown how that could be the difference between their pokegirls getting to them in time or not.

         Honestly, she was still bored. During her stress tests in Allentown she had had to endure much more strenuous activities, and afterwards she had spent a few hours with Tanya over the following weeks. Tanya wasn’t super fast, but she was faster than Camilla was and much, much stronger. It had really beaten into her how dangerous even the weakest of pokegirls would be if they got to her.

         Tanya was currently off somewhere with some of the Mountaineer pokegirls. Where, doing what, she didn’t know. But if her day was anything to go by, they weren’t sitting around chatting.

         “Camilla Harrisburg, come over here!” Camilla discarded her cup, walking back to the ring. “Mr. Holland, would you like to repeat what you just said?”

         The surly looking boy in the ring glared at their instructor. “Don’t see why I have to.”

         “What’s up?” Camilla asked curiously.

         “Tamers on patrol must always be able to trust one another.” The instructor growled. “If you’re going to be sexist, you need to be up front, so the people relying on you know what to expect.”

         Camilla looked at the boy. “Oh?”

         The boy glared back. “I don’t understand how they’d let a bimbo pass her tests.”

         Camilla just stared for a few moments before glancing at the instructor. “Is he serious?” When the Mountaineer shrugged she scowled. “What, is it the color of my hair that gets you pissy? My tits? Or are you just mouthing off because you know you can’t beat me any other way.”

         A low ooh started to rise from the crowd of tamers as the boy purpled. “I’m too nice to hit a girl, that’s why.”

         Camilla could see the instructor beating a hasty retreat and grinned. “Yea? Well guess what, fuckhead. I have no problem flattening a boy.”

         The crowd cheered when she pushed in, throwing the surprised tamer to the ground and slamming her open palm into his chest. “How about that?” She hissed.

         “Hold!” The instructor yelled, waiting for Camilla to step back and the livid boy to get to his feet. “Martin, need I remind you that every single feral is a girl? You better learn how to hit a lady, and you BETTER LEARN QUICK!”

         Martin’s eyes set and he dashed in, intent on returning as much as Camilla had given. Unfortunately she was ready for him, and a moment later he was on the ground again nursing where his tailbone had hit the floor.

         “Fucking BITCH!” He shouted, struggling to his feet and diving at Camilla.

         Camilla carefully avoided him, letting the erratic attacks slow a bit before defending. Martin grunted as she trapped his arm, his other coming around to try and knock her down before his feet slipped out from under him and Camilla slammed him right back into the mat.

         “I spar with my Torch Chick.” Camilla growled, letting Martin get back to his feet. “I win sometimes, too. You’ll have to do better than that to touch me.”

         Martin let out a scream and began to dash forwards when the instructor suddenly appeared and pushed him back. “That’s enough,” the man barked. “Camilla, you’re done. Martin, you obviously weren’t paying any attention to me this morning. You’re done. Go with Jaine and try to actually pay attention this time.”

         The boy looked like he was about to argue when a towering buff pokegirl firmly took hold of his shoulder and half steered, half carried him out of the gym.

         “I could have told him you weren’t to be messed with.” Camilla’s previous opponent called. “Good job showing that prick what’s up, Cammy!”

         “I’m not your friend yet.” Camlla called back with a scowl.

         “Sorry!” The boy quickly amended. “Good job, Camilla!”

         There were a few scattered chuckles as the two grinned at each other but nothing more until the instructor looked up from his pager. “All of you, take a break. Ms. Harrisburg, you need to come with me.”

         Camilla shared a confused look with the others but walked over. “Yea?”

         “You’re needed at the pokegirl training.” The man muttered, gesturing for her to follow and swiftly exiting the gym. “Your Torch Chick – Tanya – just evolved.”

         “She just-“ Camilla stopped and furiously thought about what evolution was. “Did… something go wrong?”

         “No, not yet.” The Mountaineer was moving through the halls with practiced ease. “Right this way, and…” He stopped, opening a door and ushering Camilla inside. “You’re excused from the rest of today. Make sure she’s ready by tomorrow.”

         The first thing Camilla noticed was the large group of pokegirls, all watching the center of the room from behind a few uniformed girls. The next was the figure standing there.

         It was… Tanya. But the woman that turned to look at her was different. Very different from the small girl that she had spent the last few weeks with. At least physically.

         “What am I supposed to-“ Camilla started, turning to see the instructor slipping back out. “Hey!”

         “She’s going to be horny as all hell for a few hours.” The man chuckled as the door closed. “Have fun!”

         “Cammy?” Tanya called uncertainly. “I feel really weird…”

         “You’ve grown a half foot, that’s why.” Camilla called back, forcing her voice to ignore her own uncertainty. “And you’ve got real tits now. Feeling a bit top heavy?”

         One of the uniformed pokegirls snorted when Tanya went still, her now pure red eyes focusing on her tamer. “I’ve got real…?” Her mouth turned into a scowl and she dashed forwards faster than Camilla had ever seen her move. In a flash she was on her back with Tanya perched over her, a fiery red aura licking around Tanya’s body. “Just because YOU have huge hanging tits doesn’t mean mine are any less valid!”

         “You know, you’d look a lot scarier if you weren’t begging for me so hard.” Camilla whispered, smiling at the look she saw in the new Combusticunt’s eyes. “You don’t have to act mean for me, Tanya Harrisburg.”

         Tanya shivered, the aura fading slightly. “I’m sorry, I-“ for a moment the old, half afraid Tanya was perched over her before she shook her head and her confidence returned. “Everything just feels strange. I never thought I’d evolve.”

         “Would you two lovebirds get a room?” Someone shouted, a few muffled laughs leaking out after. “We’ve got training to complete!”

         “Oh, I-“ Tanya started before Camilla grabbed her arm.

         “They said I need to take you away for the rest of the day.” Camilla’s eyes danced. “Your Mistress needs to make sure her pokegirl isn’t going to let her new temper control her.”

         Tanya was panting. The moment Camilla had throatily whispered the word mistress she had felt a thrill shoot through her body and the burning sensation she had been feeling in her groin since her evolution had multiplied. But Camilla was right, she had been worried about this. She wasn’t going to be weak. She needed to be-

         Tanya yelped when Camilla slapped her ass, pushing the Combusticunt to her feet before getting right up against the nude girl. “Our room is a few minutes away.” She whispered into Tanya’s ear, slowly rubbing her breasts against Tanya’s sensitive nipples. “Go.”

         One of the instructors gave an approving nod when Tanya shot out of the room. “You know how to keep her moving in the right direction. You two must work together very well.”

         Camilla was wiping at the wet stain spreading from where Tanya’s pussy had rubbed against her leg. “Anything special I should look out for? What was she doing when she evolved?”

         “Proving herself.” Another instructor replied, her own smile across her face. “I look forward to seeing her back in my hands tomorrow.”
