Trance walked through the dense forest, Kara skipping happily beside him, and Larix grumbling to herself quietly. Trance however was preoccupied with his own thoughts. He had looked through every entry in the 'dex five separate times since they had set off that morning, and had even used the search function, but couldn't find anything relating to those weird disappearing markings. But it was too weird that a feral Amazonchan showed up with those markings at the exact same time they were attacked by a swarm of Manti, and helped them all fight. They don't normally do that, right?

"Earth to Trance."

"Hey Fucknuts! Focus!"

The voice of his angry Combusticunt snapped him out of his thoughts just in time for him to run into yet another tree.

"Fuck! Why didn't you warn me?" Trance growled as he rubbed the newest knot on his forehead, looking between his girls.

"We tried," Kara giggled as she walked over to kiss the bump.

"But you were off in the Blue League or something, so short of blasting your stupid ass, there was nothing we could do," the crabby female said as she bored holes into her tamer's head with her glare.

Trance sighed as he stood back up. "Sorry, I was just thinking about those weird markings again."

Kara giggled again. "Hun, I think you're becoming obsessed."

"Yeah, and it's making it really fucking hard to make sure you don't end up hurting your stupid self!" Larix growled as she looked around the forest, keeping an ear out for any ferals in the area.

The black haired youth groaned as he rubbed the back of his neck. “I'm not obsessed. I might think I was just hallucinating if I were the only one who saw the damned things, but the fact that you all saw them this time means I wasn't just imagining them!”

Kara giggled again and pushed her tamer onward with a gentle shove. “Darling, drop it. You haven't read anything, and none of us have ever heard of anything like this, so the likelihood of us ever finding out or them occurring again is close to zero.”

Yeah, what the clown whore said,” Larix said with a scowl, hearing something move off to her right. Sounded like it was a ways off but closing in quickly. “Eyes peeled y'all. We aren't alone anymore.”

Trance nodded and rolled his sleeves above his bracers so the concealed blades wouldn't shred another shirt if he had to use them.

The group walked in silence for a good 20 minutes before something shot out from the brush to their right, the object barely grazing Trance's right shoulder as he dodged the attack.

Trance examined the bush for a second before noticing a slight purple shimmer in the air and growling. “Get some distance!” His girls obeyed his order as they each prepared to attack. “It's a plant type, most likely an Ivywhore. Larix, she's all yours.”

The fire-type smirked as she ignited her body and began charging up a flamethrower. Seconds later, a Vine Whip shot out of the bush, aimed directly at Trance, but the vine was nearly incinerated by Larix as she unleashed her attack before grabbing the burnt remains slithering back to it's whimpering owner and hauling her out into the open.

Trance was nearly awestruck as the head of a Venuswhore was pulled through the leaves, and she didn't look happy. Larix Immediately released the vine and began charging another attack, right as the more powerful female unleashed a barrage of leaves aimed at the small group. Trance dropped to a knee and covered his face with his forearms, but the slicing never came. He quickly opened his eyes and found Kara standing in front of him, taking the full on assault before the Flamethrower from Larix ended the barrage, hitting her target in the face as Trance recalled Kara into her ball.

Larix looked over at the flash of light before turning back to her enemy and charging, body still enveloped in flames. The Venuswhore made one last attempt to take down her burning attacker by sending her remaining vines at her, however these were all easily avoided by Larix as she jumped over and ran along them, the flames around her right hand growing more intense as she reached back and swung, hitting the plant type directly between the eyes with the Fire Punch.

As the Venuswhore dropped, Trance threw a pokéball at her then released Aurora. Larix walked over to the pair with her enemy's pokéball and smirked before falling to a knee. Trance sighed and shook his head. “Nicely done but completely stupid with that much poison powder in the air.”

Aurora giggled and knelt down to heal her harem sister.

As she was doing that, Trance released the rest of the harem. Seria instantly pounced Trance while Vera looked at her favorite whipping post with a slight glimmer in her eyes. Kara however hit the ground beside Aurora, who was quite surprised to see her friend with so many slashes across her body. “Alright ladies, lunchtime. Vera and Seria, find us some grub. We'll set up camp here for now.”

The pair nodded and set off in the direction the Venuswhore had been. Trance then knelt by Kara who was wincing in pain as Aurora, already finished with Larix, began working on her injuries.

The Harlequin looked up at her tamer and smiled big as she saw he only had his initial scratch. “Good! I wasn't t-too late,” she said with a slight giggle.

No, but it was as stupid as Larix's idea,” the tamer said with a grin as her injuries healed near instantly thanks to Aurora's abilities. His grin widened slightly and he leaned down and kissed the female on the forehead. “Thanks.”

Hehe, any time.”

Trance stood back up and looked at Larix who was dusting herself off. “Alright, the two of us have campfire duty.” Larix nodded and the pair headed off to gather wood, leaving Aurora and Kara to talk.

--------------------------------

As the group finished their lunch, Trance tossed the Venuswhore's ball between his hands as he mulled over keeping her.

She is strong, and that could be helpful,” Kara said as she laid back on the ground, looking up into the blue sky through the opening in the canopy.

Larix shrugged as she lay in Vera's lap. “More power is definitely good. Makes us less likely to die or something.”

Then we keep her,” Trance said with a shrug as he placed the ball back in his bag. “We've still got about two days till we get to Violet, and I don't wanna risk her going crazy and killing one of us with those vines, so we'll hold off on introductions till then.”

I like that idea,” giggled Aurora as she slowly stroked Seria's back, a light purr coming from the dark furred alpha. “Doing anything we can to ensure we don't get killed is always a good plan.”

Vera stared at the fire for a second before looking at her tamer. “What about that Amazonchan?”

Trance thought for a moment. “She'd be a good idea too. Fighting types aren't weak to many things, and she'd be great for helping us keep in top fighting shape physically.”

Larix snorted quietly, her eyes closed as she basked in her sun spot. “I don't know about you lot, but I'm already in my top form.”

Trance rolled his eyes and turned to Aurora to begin going over the provisions list while reaching down to his belt. Three sentences in, he pulled off four balls from his belt, enlarged them, and tossed them like throwing knives at the girls they belonged to; Kara, Seria, Vera, and Larix.

Kara caught hers without even looking. Seria wound up on her back in Aurora's lap, looking quite confused at the ball now in her paws. Vera knocked hers away with barely a flick of her whip. Larix, however, was pegged square in the center of her forehead.

Ow! Whatya do that for?!?” the female yelled at her tamer.

Vera however merely giggled and gripped Larix' nipples firmly between her index fingers and thumbs, shutting her up near instantly. “Larix dear, even our furball of an alpha caught hers, and she was completely unconscious.”

Larix attempted a scowl through her soft moans. “F-fine then... p-point made.”

Thought so,” Trance said with a grin as he nodded for Vera to release the fire type.

12:30, July 23rd 312 AS, Violet City

Trance sighed as the hot water of the room's shower rolled off his skin. They had reached town without many other encounters other then the occasionally Pidgy, or the Cutiepie that basically fell into the pokéball after Larix poked her in the forehead.

Upon arrival, Trance went to the Police station to claim the bounty on the Mantis swarm. The Police Chief was so amazed that a rookie tamer and his newly collected group of Pokegirls could face five Manti and, much more impressively, survive mostly uninjured, that he refused to turn over the money until Trance went through a full psyche evaluation. When the Ka-D-Bra conducting the evaluation verified the story, all Trance could do was chuckle as the old man transferred the funds into his account, muttering something about beginner's luck the entire time.

Over the next three days, the group (now with the addition of Dina, the Amazonchan, and Gaia, the Venuswhore) put nearly half of the 21,000,000 credits to good use, purchasing two new pokepacks for his girls to trade off carrying, restocking and increasing their supplies, purchasing new clothes for Larix and Kara, and they even found a Dream Stone for Kara to use when she felt she was ready. Trance was fairly certain the man who he had purchased the stone from was the brother of the one in Cherry Grove, at least judging by the apprehensive look Trance received when Kara merely looked at a Mana Crystal.

But, after all that, Trance was still most proud of his private purchases. Two Heavy Elemental Pistols, one Medium Elemental Pistol, one Light Elemental Pistol, and an armored vest to wear while out in the wild to help prevent him from getting a set of claws through the heart. Trance also purchased holsters that attached to his back over his shoulder blades for the heavy weapons, and two hip holsters for the lighter ammunition guns. Of course this particular purchase earned him yet another odd look, along with a rather interesting conversation with a young police woman that resulted in Trance not only receiving the permits needed for the weapons, but the young woman's contact information as well.

The last two things the young male bought were a set of eight Delux Comm. Headsets, and a PPHU, which Trance quickly realized meant he would need to find an electric type girl at some point in time.

As he stepped out of the shower, Trance released a sigh of contentment. He had successfully made it to the second town on his journey, survived a Mantis attack, and had done everything in his power to ensure his harem wouldn't be left hanging should something go awry, which seemed to happen quite frequently to him.

He wrapped the towel around his waist and stepped into his room of the Pokecenter, where his entire harem lay in a naked, sweaty pile, utterly drained from their two day shopping spree and the rigorous training they had been pressed into by their tamer and the overly energetic Amazonchan, who was nowhere to be found. Trance threw on a pair of black and blue basketball shorts and a black t-shirt before stepping out into the Pokecenter's hallway and wandered back out to the courtyard where he found Dina, still training. It seemed to be the only thing the girls ever did for fun, and anyone could tell that she truly did find it fun.

He watched as the tall girl struck at a training dummy, sending it flying in a horizontal arch that according to most physics majors should have been impossible, and causing it to hit a second dummy on the complete opposite side of a tree. Then she made an attempt at a roundhouse kick, and nearly ended up landing on her head because of it. Trance had to hold in his laughter as he knew it wouldn't help her confidence any. He wanted to help make her as strong as she could be, and what that meant at this particular juncture in the space-time continuum, was teaching her how to kick an opponent without doing three times the damage to herself.

If you're trying to give your opponent the easy kill, then you're doing great,” the tamer said as he pulled his black hair back into a Ponytaur tail and helped the boxer up. “If you're gonna use your feet to fight, you've gotta change how you think first.”

What do you mean by that? ” Dina asked as she allowed the color to recede from her tanned cheeks.

Your feet can be used for more then getting from A to B,” Trance began as he sized up the dummy that had taken Dina out moments earlier. “Just like if you're fighting with your fists, you should think of your feet as potential weapons.” As if to demonstrate, Trance proceeded to perform a flawless roundhouse which sent the dummy flying off before hitting a nearby wall, only to rebound from the force and come flying back at Trance who jumped, kicked vertically, and sent the dummy flying straight up into the air nearly ten feet, before sending his fist through the training aid's head mere centimeters before it hit the ground again.

Trance pulled his hand back out of the now deceased training dummy and turned back to Dina. “Always remember where you are, what's around you, and where your opponent is. And I'd also recommend working on your sense of balance.” This last remark caused Dina's cheeks to return to their previous scarlet color.

Dina giggled slightly and nodded slowly. She had never expected her new tamer to have been this well trained. “How can you do all that?” she asked, still amazed at how easily he dispatched the dummy.

Trance shrugged. “My mom's an Amachamp, and she runs a dojo back in New Bark. Ever since I could walk she's been training me up to take down anything of any size if ever the need arose, so this all just comes almost as naturally as breathing.” Trance thought back to his childhood and chuckled. His other mother was the only person in the entire town that he could never defeat, but that was mainly because the Mistress scared him shitless.

Dina looked at her bare feet and sighed. “Honey, if I can get these things to be half as useful as yours are then I'll be a Heroine in no time. Hell, I'm not even sure I'll be able to take you down in a fair fight, even if I do end up evolving.”

Trance chuckled and pulled the tall girl down to kiss her nose. “That's the point dear. I have studied, and located the weak points of, just about every Pokégirl I could find data on. I don't intend on dying any time soon, so I'm gonna do my best to prolong it as much as possible.” Trance looked up at the sky and sighed. “And now I need to leave you to train in peace. I need to go take care of a few things before I call my folks. Mom's probably getting worried sick about me.”

---------------------

Trance groaned as he sat in a large plush chair in the center's communications room. He had gone to see about setting a time for a challenge, but for reasons the Ingenue at the front desk wouldn't disclose, the gym leader would be out for over a week, and then there was a three day long waiting list, meaning close to two weeks before he could get a chance to prove his worth. So, after visiting the bank to make a quick transaction, Trance returned to the center, utterly defeated, and with a slight headache, to phone home.

The video phone rang a couple times and the face of his father appeared in the screen. “Havok reside- YOU LITTLE SHIT! IF YOU WERE STILL HERE THEN I'D WRING YOUR SCRAWNY NECK!”

Trance was slightly taken aback by the sudden screaming from his normally laid back father, at least until he noticed the fresh wounds on the right side of his face that looked very similar to claw marks. “Oh boy... don't tell me those are from-”

Oohoho, you guessed it buddy boy! That Sabertooth you sent here for supposed 'rehab' ended up with NOTHING wrong with her, so when I released her, thinking she'd be at the most a bit of a biter, she jumped me and nearly tore my face off!” Jayden's face was turning purple, which Trance, along with everyone else in New Bark, knew could only mean he was absolutely livid. The retired tamer was about to shout something else when his screen pinged and he released his latest breath in a huff before checking the message.

Trance was almost afraid to open his mouth and ask what was up when his father's face turned from a look of rage to one of utter shock, the color returning to almost normal in a matter of seconds. “Who in the hell transferred me 6,000,000 credits?”

Trance raised his hand and a slight smirk tugged at the corner of his mouth as he tried to keep a straight face. “Uh, that was me.”

All Jayden could do for a second was blink as he tried reformulating his thoughts. However the only thing he could come up with was, “Why the hell did you transfer me 6,000,000 credits?!?”

To pay you back for the 'dex Dad,” the young tamer said as he held up the black and silver device in question.

First off, that was a gift, and I refuse to be repaid by my son for a gift he fully deserved,” Jayden said slowly, still somewhat thrown by the discovery. “Second, even if I was going to accept such a ridiculous thing, it sure as hell didn't cost 6 mill.” The familiar fire of the old man's spirit reappearing in his eyes, returning to him the look of youth Trance was so familiar with. “And third, what kinda trouble did you end up in, that I obviously can't tell your mother about, that would result in your obtaining that kinda scratch?”

Trance's smirk grew into a prominent grin as he began the story. “Mantis trouble.”

----------------------------

After nearly an hour, Trance finished his story, said hi to the rest of his family, found out his sister had decided to name the newcomer Jill, and convinced his Dad to 'watch over' the money for him. He was re-checking his accounts as he re-entered the room, only to end up caught in the middle of a heated argument between all of his girls, save for Larix and Aurora who were off in a corner reading, doing everything in their power to ignore the squabble.

Listen here, clown girl, I could take the furball any day of the week, with my eyes closed, and a stomach ache! I deserve to be alpha!” Growled Gaia at Kara who was attempting to prune the Venuswhore with her glare alone.

Seria uncovered her ears and looked over at Trance from behind Kara, immediately bolting towards him and hugging him tight, purring softly as she nuzzled his chest.

Kara was about to retort when Trance spoke up. “Is that so?”

His voice caught Larix's attention and she sighed in relief. “Thank the thousand you showed up. They've been at this for nearly an hour, and I've got the world's biggest migraine to prove it.”

Seria nodded rapidly in agreement and Trance chuckled. “Well, that explains my headache. Now then, I think she deserves a chance to prove her worth. Don't you Seria?” Trance looked down at his black furred alpha, rings glowing slightly in the late afternoon light. Seria looked up at him lovingly and nodded. “Then it's settled. Seria and Gaia shall duel tonight for the slot of alpha. Should Gaia win, she will become the new alpha. Should Seria win, Gaia, you are not to EVER question my choice of alpha so long as you are in my harem. Am I clear?”

Gaia smirked and cracked her knuckles. “Yes sir.”

----------------------

Trance stood in the middle of the courtyard, his entire harem out, standing on the sidelines, with him standing between Seria and Gaia, the evening's darkness now in full bloom around them, settling Trance's thoughts and giving a sense of peace to both him and Seria.

Why are we doing this at night?” Gaia whined as she looked around. She much preferred to feel the sun upon her leaves, giving her strength.

Because as my alpha, you will have to work well under my favorite conditions,” Trance explained from behind closed eyes. “I much prefer working at night when I can both center my mind and remain conscious to protect us from the nastier nocturnal girls out there. But if you don't think you're up for it then you can always forfeit-”

No. This is fine.” Gaia was adamant. She'd be damned if she would lose to the furry little attention whore just because this wasn't her ideal time of day.

Trance smirked and looked over at his alpha. Her body language, the fire in her eyes, and their ever strengthening bond told him she was in the zone. “Alright then. First to fall of surrender loses. You can aim for all vital points, however no intentional kill shots and no dismemberment. I still want two fully battle ready fighters when this is all over.”

Trance stepped back to the sidelines and, without being spotted by anyone but Seria, pulled Gaia's ball from his belt. “Begin!”

Gaia was the first to attack, sending a barrage of leaves flying at the black girl, Gaia's aim relying solely on the glowing of Seria's colored rings.

Seria, however, knew this would be the plant type's strategy, and used it to her advantage, using her speed and avoiding leaves by sound alone, occasionally being nicked by one but nothing painful. As she dodged, she watched her opponent's eyes, and knew she was following the light, so she used Agility to create an after image of her rings, and doubled back around to Gaia's other side, delivering a Dark Bomb to the plant type's forehead before she even knew Seria was there.

Seria remained in place as Gaia flew backwards, being returned to her ball in mid-flight. Seria turned to her tamer and harem sisters with a wide smile on her face, her glistening white fangs shining brilliantly in the moon's light as she sauntered back over to the group. Everyone was applauding for her. She had successfully defended her status, and put the plant girl in her place, all with a single attack.

She deserved her spot, and everyone knew it. Especially Trance.

Trance pulled his alpha into a tight embrace, crushing his lips to hers, congratulating her without words. As their tongues mingled, The entire world seemed to fade, leaving nothing but Trance, Seria, and the moon, shining high in the sky, feeding the pair it's energy.

'He had known before the fight even started. He had known I was the stronger combatant, which was why he had okayed the challenge.' Seria thought as she felt the fires in her belly begin to burn strong. She knew he had faith in her abilities. She knew he trusted her. She knew she loved him. And most importantly to her, she knew he loved her in return.

That night the two made love under the moon and stars, the rest of the harem watching in silence as they guarded the entrances ensuring they wouldn't be interrupted. Each of them truly happy for the pair, happy for their Tamer, and happy, albeit jealous, for their Alpha.

18:50, July 28th 312 AS, Violet City

No way!” Kara screamed in delight as the group sat at a diner table.

Seria was holding her left hand out to show off the Tanzanite stone that Trance had gotten fitted onto a ring, under the explicit promise that it would not break with a blow to an enemy's face.

Aurora giggled excitedly as she examined the brilliant blue dark attack booster their alpha now possessed, making her just that much stronger. “So, I guess that means all decisions on Alpha are final, huh?”

Trance smirked and nodded. “Yep. No ifs, ands, or buts about it.”

Kara pouted slightly and looked at Seria. “I'm so totally jealous. Not only did you Delta-bond with him before I did, but you get the really cool power-up ring.”

I'm still amazed you two managed such a feat that quickly,” Aurora said before taking a sip of water. “A delta bond almost always takes months or even years to form, even with an empathy rating as high as Trance has.”

Seria giggled slightly causing her bell to jingle.

I'm just jealous about the jewelery right now,” Larix said as she too examined the ring.

Relax girls, you didn't think I was only going to get Seria something, did you?” As Trance spoke, he pulled out a small bag containing several small boxes.

He handed them all out and the girls immediately opened them.

Aurora received a Jade bracelet, Dina a diamond choker, Vera an Onyx ankle bracelet. Gaia received a Tsavorite stone set in a black collar, and Larix got a Ruby ankle bracelet.

Kara opened hers last, and found an Amber wand. As she reached down to touch it however, her finger brushed the underside and came into contact with the stone they had purchased after arriving. She was immediately engulfed in light and when it cleared, she was a Lady Luck.

Sorry to rush the transformation dear,” Trance began as he looked over his Beta's new form. She had grown another cup size, and her hair was slightly longer, giving her bright blue hair a slight punk-rocker look.

Kara giggled as she looked over her new body and felt a new power flowing through her. She held out her hand and a deck of cards appeared. She shuffled it a few times and flipped the top five cards face up onto the table, revealing a royal flush. She giggled again as the pictures on the cards began dancing, before looking back up to Trance. “Baby, something tells me we'gre gonna need all the luck we can get.”

Well, with our master's propensity for getting himself attacked out of nowhere,” Larix began as she finished attaching her new jewelery, “I hereby nominate that as understatement of the year!”

11:50, August 4th 312 AS, Violet City

Trance sighed as he walked down the road with Seria and Rena. He was beginning to get antsy.

He had gone to the gym almost two weeks ago to try and register for a battle and was turned away. This time when he got there he found a sign on the door saying the building was closed for maintenance, and without a date set for reopening, it was anyone's guess exactly how long Trance would have to wait before his harem could show off their new strength.

You sigh a lot, you know that?” Rena said from behind her dark red sun glasses.

Seria, sporting a pair of dark blue shades to match Trance's own, merely nodded in agreement, bell jingling between her small breasts.

Who asked you?” Trance nudged with a smirk, giving the Domina a light hip check for the fun of it.

Right as the bondage lover was about to retort, the three heard an all too familiar voice calling from across the street.

So I've finally found you, Hick!”

Trance would have known that air of pomposity anywhere. He quickly turned to face Harold, his face not showing the utter rage he felt beneath it. “Why Harry! It's been too long! You know you really should try stalking somebody a little prettier than me. All the lovely young men around here may get jealous!”

Harold's face had turned sheer maroon in the length of time it took Trance to finish his insults. “Never call me Harry you hick! My name is Har-”

Yeah yeah I know. Harold Stranton, of the Blue League Strantons," he mocked with a pompous tone. "Tell ya what, I'll stop calling you Harry if you call me by my real name. I'm Trance Havok, son of Jayden Havok, and totally creeped out by my new stalker.”

Harold's face twitched as Trance spoke. “Fine then, Havok it is. Now, I've come for my new slave. I still want that Umbria, so I once again challenge you to a Pokewhore battle. And no more of your tricks, you're gonna fight with one of your sluts this time!”

Trance raised his eyebrow as his face curved into a smirk. “Well well, it CAN learn! I accept your challenge. There is a park five blocks north of here. Meet me there in half an hour, and don't be late.”

------------------------

Harold stood in the park, looking at his watch with a scowl on his face. “He's 45 minutes late!” Just as he spoke, Trance appeared from over a hill. “HAVOK! Our appointment was for 45 minutes ago! You said not to be late!”

Trance only smirked as he entered what would soon be the battle arena. “Hey, I only said that to see just how whipped I had you already. I never actually expected you to still be here.”

Harold's face twitched again and he growled to himself. “Our battle begins now. One on one salvage rules. I choose Solara to compete!” He finished speaking and tossed out a pokéball, releasing a slender, shorter girl, about 4'8”, with brilliant green hair that stood out in spikes all the way down her back, and a small pair of ears sitting at the top of her head. She opened her eyes, colored identically to her hair, and stretched slightly.

Another battle boss?” Solara asked Harold as she began stretching out her legs.

Trance leveled his pokédex and received the girl's reading.

SONICA, the Speedy Pokégirl

Type: Near Human (Hedgehog)

Trance raised his eyebrow and chuckled. “Well well Harold, looks like you used your money to get yourself an upgrade!”

Harold smirked. “You better believe it peasant. Solara here may have only gone through threshold a couple months ago, but she's as of yet undefeated.”

And I don't intend to lose yet,” the green haired female said as she adjusted her tank top and shorts.

Trance pulled a ball off his belt and looked back at Harold. “Well, I don't have much that can compete with that kind of speed, so, let's just see exactly how lucky I can get. Come on out Kara!”

The ball opened of it's own accord and Kara appeared in a flash of light. Her new outfit looked like a very modified, VERY sparkly shamrock green evening dress, that hugged her every curve deliciously. The bottom hem was cut straight across at the length of her ankles, leaving both sides open straight up to the tops of her hips. The middle was completely missing all the way around, the gap stopping just below her hip bone in the front, and revealing just the beginnings of her enticing posterior in the back. The upper portion of the 'dress' covered her upper back and outer shoulders, and attached at two points in the front, one just above her breasts and one just below, leaving the cleavage perfectly bared in the middle, and also revealed a spade shaped piercing just below her belly button.

Her arms were now garbed in a pair of shimmering purple elbow length gloves, the back of her left hand with a sterling silver spade, while her right hand now had a matching heart. Her feet were covered by a pair of thigh high stiletto boots that matched the color of her gloves perfectly, and these had a club on the zipper of her right boot, and a diamond in the matching place on the left.

The only other accessory she wore (other than the necklace she had received in Cherry Grove) was a large black staff that she wore diagonally on her back, which held the Amber wand in it's core.

I sure hope that Seamstress knew what she was doing. This thing looks like it'll fall off at any moment,” Trance said as Kara gave a small twirl, giggling at finally having an opponent to show her new outfit off to.

Mmm... I like it,” Kara said as she snapped her fingers, causing a deck of cards to appear in her upwards facing palm. “It's nice and cool compared to my old clothes, and the feeling of going bare underneath just makes it that much better!”

Solara looked her opponent over with a raised eyebrow and shook her head. “You can't be serious...”

Harold smirked. “Very serious, now watch out. She's a Lady Luck. Hopefully lucks on our side though.”

Solara scoffed and took up a runner's starting position. “I don't need luck, I've got speed.”

Kara placed her round framed purple shades over her eyes as the sun came out from behind a cloud, causing her outfit to reflect almost like a disco ball. She smirked as Solara squinted then diverted her eyes, the entire time Kara was shuffling her cards with a single hand. “Sweety, you're gonna need a lot more than speed to beat me.”

This was apparently the signal to begin as the Sonica burst forward, attempting to merely plow the ostentatious female into the dirt, but was sorely mistaken when, at the absolute last moment, Kara used her new agility to slip just far enough out of the way to allow the speedy female to trip on Kara's left toe, sending her flying into the grass mere feet away.

My turn,” was Kara's enthusiastic response as she drew five cards from her deck and grinned. “Full house. Man, I am lucky!”

Sadly for Solara, she took too long to recover from her wipeout as she was quickly enveloped in a green mist that flowed from the cards Kara was now showing off. She tried to stand and escape from the mist, but she was too late as the damage had already been done. She coughed and shook her head, but the gas was now in her system, and she quickly noticed everything around her beginning to speed up, and on top of that her knees were beginning to get weak as her lungs continued to burn.

Hmm... looks like slow and poison to me!” Kara giggled as her cards disbursed and she removed the staff from her back, rushing forward and sweeping it under the Sonica's legs, leaving her hanging in the air for a split second before Kara delivered a hammer kick to the girl's back, slamming her face first into the ground. “What, that all you got?”

Kara sighed as the Sonica merely lay there and wheezed. She looked up at Trance like she was about to cry and placed her staff back on her back. “Why can't we fight anyone worth using one of my attacks on? This little spikey thing wouldn't even be a match for a Pidgy!”

This entire time Trance was trying to maintain his composure as Harold turned almost blue in color. Trance walked over to the male and tapped him on the shoulder. Harold merely held up the ball Solara had come from, which Trance accepted before recalling the Sonica. “Harold,” Trance began, patting the male on the shoulder, “You really should stop trying to take my Alpha from me. Especially since I'm quickly running out of room for all these girls you keep giving me.”

With that, Trance began walking away, Kara following him closely, still bummed about her easy victory. “It was a Full House too! She hasn't even grown into her speed yet, and I managed to poison her and slow her down in a single attack!”

I know, I know...”

12:30, August 5th 312 AS, Violet City Pokégirl Center

Trance returned to the center after a nearly hour long jog with Dina, during which he had been running her through drills to help her gain control of her feet. As the pair neared the room, Trance could hear the sound of a rather loud and seemingly one sided argument, and was quickly grabbed by a Nursejoy.

Sir, if your harem can not control themselves while you are away, we are going to have to insist on them remaining in their balls,” the frazzled looking woman said with a huff.

I'll sort this out quickly,” Trance said with a slight smile, brushing past the pink haired female.

I should hope so!” she said with another huff. “We have sick and inured tamers and girls here, and they do not need your harem disrupting them!”

Trance ignored this comment and opened the door to find Gaia and Seria in the middle of the room, the rest of the harem sitting on the sidelines, blinking in awe.

How dare you try and order me around! I have been alive since before you could still talk, and you dare to tell me what to do?!?”

Seria responded by signing a few things and waving her arms around a lot, followed by a foot stomp.

Gaia's face went from green to more of a golden tint. “WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME?!?” Gaia reared back to swing a fist at the alpha's furry head, but was caught off guard by said female ducking then laying her elbow into the plant girl's bottom right rib, effectively knocking the wind out of her.

This, of course, was followed by cheers from the 'stands', and Seria simultaneously taking a slight bow and sweeping her foot and sending Gaia face first into the flooring.

Trance merely stood in the doorway and blinked. “What in the hell did I miss here?”

Larix raised her hand and smirked as Gaia slowly stood back up. “We found out that not only does Seria know sign language, but so does Gaia.”

Also, Seria asked Gaia to pick up the room since it's her turn,” Aurora spoke up, answering Trance's next question.

Sonica,” nodded Solara in agreement, her taming shock not yet worn off.

Trance smirked as a thought from Seria passed through his mind. “Well, if you said please then she had even less right to get that upset,” he said as he hugged his Alpha. He then turned to Gaia who was now standing with her arms crossed under her large breasts. “What did we agree on before you challenged Seria?”

Gaia scowled and tried staring down the male. “I wasn't questioning her position, now was I?”

Trance returned the glare with even more intensity over the top rim of his sunglasses, causing the female's gaze to falter. “No more of this. We are guests of the center and I don't want to be kicked out before we can challenge the gym.”

Yes sir,” the Venuswhore agreed, now finding the floor quite interesting.

Good,” Trance replied with a smile as he released his alpha from his arms before reaching into his pocket and removing a piece of paper. “Now then, I know you're all getting antsy sitting around in here without anything to do, so while I was out I came upon this,” he unfolded the paper and showed it to his harem.

The Ultra Ball?” Kara asked, the Lady Luck laying on the bed in only her bra and panties, playing 21 with herself, and apparently both hands. “Cheesy name, but I've never heard of it.”

Neither has anyone else in town,” Dina said with a shrug, “but the flier basically translates it as a fancy party being held by some underworld group where people wine and dine and show off their girls strength.”

Aurora giggled softly. “Sounds like an underground fight club to me.”

If there's dancing then I'm out,” Larix said as she lay back into Vera's lap. “Me and the two step don't get along very well.”

I was always of the opinion that you were actually quite graceful on your feet,” Vera said causing Larix to blush.

Trance set the poster down and sat in the armchair. “Well I think it sounds fun, if not a little fishy. Some free food, a good battle for all of you, and I hear there's a prize for the top girl in the battles.”

This seemed to pique Larix' attention. “Oh really? Any idea what?”

Trance shrugged. “Guess you'll have to go to find out.”

Seria walked over to the armchair and sat across her tamer's lap. “So I take that as an approval dear?” Trance asked the black furred female, causing her to nod quickly.

When is it?” asked Gaia, now sitting in a chair off in the corner.

Trance looked at the paper then back at the plant type. “Two days from now.”

Then I guess it's settled,” Kara said as she stood up, her cards disbursing as she stretched, a wide grin plastered to her face. “Time for a shopping trip!”

Bios and Tamer Status

Trance Havok -
19 y.o. Hard headed, blood thirsty, and horny as a Kitsune during mating season, but genuinely a nice guy. Will protect his harem with his life if need be, and will quickly show you to your place if you insult him or his girls.
Security Clearance:
Beta

Bank Account: 7,756,820 SLC

Trance's Harem:

Seria – Umbria (Alpha, Delta-Bonded):
Absolutely ADORES Trance. Super friendly to everyone Trance feels comfortable around, but is always more then ready to prove her worth at a moment's notice to her favorite person on the planet... Trance!

Kara – Lady Luck (Beta): Aurora's best friend, and Trance's starter. Has a bad habit of getting jealous occasionally, but is always ready for a fight and would never let anything harm her Tamer or harem sisters.

Larix - Combusticunt:
Hot headed little fighter that she is, she actually does have a sweet side (though in order to reach it you're gonna have to dig... deep). Has quickly warmed up to the harem, specifically Seria and Trance.

Vera – Domina: Yet another Threshold girl, Vera has quickly become accustomed to life in the harem, as well as her new abilities. Looks at Larix as her personal play thing, and Trance has no issues with Vera helping to keep the little fireball in line.

Dina – Amazonchan: Born feral, then released back into ferality after spending two years with an incompetent construction worker. Also has two left feet, though she's trying her best to fix that with Trance's assistance.

Gaia – Venuswhore: Attitudinal, though very strong. According to the rest of the harem is almost more of a handful then Larix, and almost completely undermines Seria's authority on a near regular basis.

Aurora - Nursejoy (Non-combatant):
May only be 18, but she's definitely the most mature of the group. Always trying to learn new ways of healing injuries to keep her best friends, and Harem sisters, safe.

Solara – Sonica (Non-Combatant): Cheery, but cocky when it comes to her speed, much to her downfall normally.
