Hunter ranks, from lowest to highest

 

 

Private 3^rd class

Private 2^nd class

Private 1^st class

Corporal OR Specialist (must list specialty, ie demolitions, sniper, paratrooper, infiltrator, heavy weapons, etc)

Staff Sergeant

Technical Sergeant

Master Sergeant or First Sergeant

Sergeant Major

Sergeant Major of the Hunters (liason between officers and enlisted ranks, only one person in the Hunter organization can have this rank at a given time.)

 

 

 

2^nd Lieutenant

1^st Lieutenant

Captian

Major

Lieutenant Colonel

Colonel                        (1 in each major city, 16 total)

Lieutenant General     (4, one in each quadrant of Johto)

General                        (1 in Johto, liasons between Hunters and Johto High Council)

 

Jhoto Hunter Council (In charge of specific activities, and equal with the Johto General in authority, though they can override him if they feel there is suffecient reason)

 

 

Johto League Champion (technically outside the chain, but can request forces to assist during an emergency, equal to the General)

 

Tamers with 6 or more Johto badges are considered ‘Honorary Officers’. Six or seven badges earns one the rank of 2^nd Lieutenant. Eight or nine badges earns the rank of 1^st Lieutenant. Earning ten or more badges will confer the rank of Captain. Johto Hidden Badges are counted for the purpose of determining honorary rank. This honorary rank doesn’t allow the recipient the right to draw the equivalent pay rank, or command troops, but can be used to delegate authority. Still has to obey Hunters during an emergency.
