Chapter 14

<??:??, Dreamscape>

Alya alighted on the featureless plain and gazed at the circular complex in front of her. It lit the darkness around it with floodlights, and she could make out small colored openings dotting the walls, small figures traversing through them. She floated towards it, simultaneously sending a quick probe at one of the portals. The probe, which took the form of a small mouse, scurried on between the traversing forms and reached the opening. It paused for a moment, before diving forwards. As soon as it touched the threshold, the off-colored yellow that filled the opening flared brightly and the probe disappeared.

Alya gulped and cautiously approached a section of the wall bordered by two large guard towers. As she approached, two large cannons began tracking her movements, and a segment of the wall slid open. A head peered at her from inside. “You are not welcome here.” It stated flatly. “Leave and do not attempt to enter.”

Alya paused. “What are you?”

The head continued staring at her. “You are not welcome here. This One is not to be disturbed.”

Alya stepped towards a door-sized outline and the cannons seemed to become more focused on her. The head also became more agitated. “YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE. LEAVE OR WE WILL DEFEND OURSELF.”

Alya stepped closer and materialized the feeling she had obtained from Andrew’s aura. It fluctuated for a few seconds before stabilizing into a key card. The head glanced at it before calming. “You may approach.” Alya walked forward and slid the card into a slot next to the door. A light turned yellow and the head turned away from her. “Wait.”

Alya waited as the head appeared to converse with something for a long time. Finally it turned back to her. “I am sorry. Your credentials were accepted, but you are not to be allowed access.” The cannons began charging. “Leave now or-“ It stopped and turned away slightly. “Sir, are you- But- Yes sir.” It nodded and the light turned green, dispensing the card. “You are to be allowed access. Your credentials were forwarded to the top, and they allowed you in.”

Alya sighed in relief when the cannons turned away from her and the door slid open. She took a breath and stepped into the dark opening. Blinking, she looked around. Behind her was the door she had entered through, apparently set in midair. In front of her and around her was a sunny green field, dotted by small buildings.

“I’m glad you could make it.”

Alya spun around. Standing there was a familiar figure. “Andrew?”

The man nodded. “Yep. I tend to romanticize myself in my own head. Like it?” He asked and slowly turned. His skin was unblemished, hair cropped and he was dressed in a comfortable-looking pair of shorts and blue shirt. “No scars here.”

Alya nodded. “No pain here?”

Andrew chuckled. “Nope. Or at least none on this form. If you had been here, in this room, a few months ago, you would not have said I had no pain.” He winced. “There was nothing here but hurt.”

Alya smiled sympathetically. “I almost didn’t get in. Did you help me?”

Andrew shook his head. “I saw you trying to get in, but the only thing I did was distract the guard while your request worked its way through my subconscious. I don’t know what made it let you in.” He motioned around himself. “Well, here we are. What would you like to see?”

Alya pointed to the nearest buildings. “What do those represent?”

Andrew frowned. “Honestly? I only created two of those consciously. I don’t know what the others are.” He cocked his head. “What do you see?”

“Small white buildings with a metal roof. There is one large one, one that looks like it could hold one person, and three of various sizes. Behind them are more, but I can’t see them very well.”

Andrew laughed. “That is not what I see. Give me a moment and I’ll try to show you.” He appeared to concentrate and Alya turned to the largest building. Slowly, it’s form changed until it was a large elevator. She gasped.

“A transportation hub. Why did I see it as being similar to everything else here?”

Andrew smiled. “Just because I have an unconscious defense doesn’t mean I don’t have conscious defenses. I organize my mind into similar structures to fool anything that wants to move through it.”

Alya moved towards the elevator door, which opened as she came near it. “Will this take me anywhere inside your construct?”

Andrew shook his head. “Only certain places, and only if I’m here. Where would you like to go?”

She thought a moment. “Show me the most damaged area you can. If we can start fixing that, maybe you can start controlling yourself.”

He chuckled. “Are you sure?”

She nodded, and they stepped into the elevator.

<??:??, Level 13>

The door opened and the first thing Alya noticed was the state of the room they stepped into. The far door seemed to be barely hanging together, even though it was modeled as a solid blast door. In front of them were tables piled with weaponry and armor. “Where are we?”

Andrew stepped past here and began buckling gear on. “Put some on and grab a gun. We’re about to enter a jailbreak.”

She didn’t move. “A jailbreak?”

He tossed her a bulletproof vest. “Yea, a jailbreak. This area is where I locked up all my unwanted emotions; Rage, jealousy, envy, depression, etc. A few months ago, the place exploded.” He finished buckling himself and picked up a pump action shotgun. “The things inside had manifested into deadly creatures. After the incident, I came back here and tried to contain most of it, but once I began interacting with my Harem I had to open some of those walls. Once I did, the only way to recontain everything would be to let it free. If you really want to help me today, I figured we could go kill my depression.”

Alya pulled on a vest. “Why are you unable to recontain these things?”

Andrew cocked a shotgun and tossed it to her. “I contained them behind brick walls. In order to still feel those emotions, I poked a few bricks out. Have you ever tried to rebuild a brick wall?” She shook her head. “The only way to maintain integrity in the wall is to rebuild it completely, as each brick relies on the ones around it to stay strong. That’s why I did it the way I did- pressure from the other cells keeps each wall strong.”

Alya hung behind him as they moved towards the door. “You have a very rich imagination.”

Andrew laughed. “That’s my problem – I’ve always had a rich imagination.” He pushed the door open and moved into a corridor. “From here on, shoot anything you see, and whatever you do, don’t touch me.”

Alya clutched the shotgun tightly as they wound their way through a maze of corridors, Andrew stopping often to consult a map. She jumped as a small creature ran between them. “Andrew!” she cried. He spun around in time to see it disappear into another room. He cursed.

“I told you to shoot anything that moves! We have to move fast now, they know we’re here.” He picked up the pace, jogging now, Alya struggling to keep up with him. She jumped as he fired at the ceiling, a bat-like creature falling to the ground. “We have two options. We go forward and try to kill this thing, or we retreat. I don’t want to get you killed.”

Alya composed herself. “We go forwards, but I’m not using this fool thing.” She stated, and dropped the shotgun. “I’ll be much more efficient using telekinesis on the bullets.”

Andrew sighed. “Fine. But we move now, and we move fast. Don’t lose me.” He turned and sprinted down the corridor, Alya following. As they ran, Andrew continued picking off smaller creatures until they reached a courtyard. In the center of it was a brick enclosure with bars covering one side. Inside, Alya could see a gelatinous mass.

“Is that it?” She asked. Andrew nodded.

“As soon as we enter that courtyard, we’ll be besieged by a rain of despair. I’m going to need you to keep any droplets from hitting us while I attack the main body.”

Alya nodded. “I can do that. How do you know that your gun will destroy that?”

Andrew chuckled. “Because this is my brain, remember?” He strode forward. Once he was halfway into the yard a screech echoed from the enclosure and the mass began to shake violently. “Now, Alya!” Andrew yelled and ran towards the bars. She glanced up and saw a veritable flood of oily substance raining towards them. Grimacing, she began sending debris from the area above them, deflecting as much liquid as she could. In front of her, Andrew had reached the enclosure and was blasting at the thing inside. Every shot tore another piece away and it was getting progressively smaller. After a few seconds of this, Alya glanced around.

“Andrew! Behind us!” She cried. He spun around and took aim at the wolflike creatures that had snuck out of the corridors.

“Keep away from them! I just need a few more seconds!” He called and fired a few blasts before turning back to the enclosure. Alya began creeping away, but the creatures continued stalking her, progressively getting closer. She began firing pieces of debris at them, managing to fell one. Behind her, she heard a triumphant yell and the area began to shake. She spun and ran towards Andrew as he took aim at the creatures behind her. “It’ sealed.” He said, keeping his eyes on the two remaining wolves. “Reach into my right pocket and withdraw the item there.”

Alya complied and withdrew a small crystal. “What is this?”

Andrew nodded towards a new doorway next to them. “It’s my mind’s equivalent of a teleport key. You should be able to use it to bypass the defenses I have.” He turned and started moving towards the doorway. “Come on, quickly. We need to get out of here.”

Alya was following when she felt a tug at her foot. She looked down and screamed. Andrew whirled around in time to see a gelatinous tentacle pull her off her feet and towards the central enclosure, the two remaining wolf creatures leaping towards her.

“NO!” He yelled, sprinting back towards her. He triggered a few bursts into the leading wolf and withdrew a machete from his vest, which he sliced at the tentacle. As he turned to the second wolf it bowled him over and sank its teeth into Alya’s arm. She screamed again which turned to sobs as her golden skin began to slowly darken, radiating from the bite. Andrew snarled and grabbed the crystal from her hand, smashing it against her forehead. As she began to glow, he grappled the wolf off of her and snapped its neck. Grabbing her glowing form, he dove through the doorway, landing back in the armory. He grabbed at her shoulder, tearing strands of oil off of her skin. Slowly, her skin returned to its original color, glowing slightly as the negativity was flushed from her system. Andrew sighed and sat back. Alya slowly stopped sobbing and opened her eyes.

“That’s what you feel?” She whispered. He nodded.

“When I am overwhelmed, it’s by packs of those beasts. You experienced one bite; I experience hundreds.” He paused.

Alya looked at him. “What is it?”

He shook his head. “We’re finished here. I refuse to put you in any more risk, and that experience just gave me an insight into this budding power of mine.” He stared at his hands. “I think I can begin to contain it now.”

Alya grimaced. “While I would be reluctant to experience that again, I’m glad that it helped you.” She shuddered. “And right now, I need a rest.”

Andrew nodded and they both disappeared.

<12:30, London>

Alya’s eyes snapped open and she fell back into her chair, chest heaving. Across from her, Andrew sat emotionless.

“Do you feel normal?” He asked quietly. She nodded. “I’m glad.” He glanced at the motionless Arya. “So, uh, how do I pay?”

Alya chuckled quietly until the full impact of what they had just done hit them both; by then the laughter had grown to a near deafening volume, as they each slowly collapsed, gasping for breath.

Andrew grinned at the clear sky as Claire winged by on overwatch. After leaving Arya and Alya’s practice, they had packed up and started on the road.

“Where are we going?”

Andrew smiled down at Lyn. “We’re going to Coventry.”

She pulled on his hand. “Why?”

He sighed and slowed, turning to face her. “To put it simply, I’m broke. Being broke means we need to make money somehow. The easiest way is to capture ferals.” He resumed his pace. “So we need to go into the wilds.”

Lyn walked silently for a few more feet. “Why Coventry?”

“There are people who are looking for me. So, we need to keep moving. Coventry is kind of close by, and even has a gym. If I’m going to fit in I need to look like a normal Tamer. That means I need a battle record. Plus, it’s always good to have a goal.” He grinned at her. “Without a goal you get soft, and if you get soft… Well, you’ve essentially done your enemy’s job for them.”

“Are you a bad person?”

Andrew stopped. “Why do you ask that?”

Lyn looked at him warily. “You said people are after you.”

He sighed. “I’m not a bad person. There are people who want to use me, and I don’t want to let them use me. So, if they want to come after me,” he paused for a moment, deciding how to put his next comment, “I will… stop them.”

Lyn watched his face silently for a few moments before nodding and continuing to walk. Andrew started to take a step, but was stopped by a hand on his shoulder. “You were going to say something different, weren’t you?”

He watched Lyn for a few moments before addressing Grace. “Yes. If anyone threatens this family, I will end them. I will not hesitate, I will not question.” He strode forward. “They will not be able to threaten my family again.”

Grace gave his back a savage grin and hefted her rifle. “Right behind you, sir.” She purred.

<15:00, Dumbarton Oaks Ranch>

Andrew stepped through the door and approached the desk. “Hey, Sue.”

The Bunnygirl looked up. “Oh. Uh, hi?” Then she brightened. “Oh hey! You’re that guy who was here!”

Andrew chuckled. “Yep. I’m the guy. Would you mind letting whoever is back there that I need to speak with them?” He waved at the camera behind Sue’s head.

She nodded vigorously, causing her chest to bounce erratically. Andrew felt himself staring for a few seconds before pulling himself away and towards one of the chairs the lined the wall. Settling down, he tried to push the image of Sue’s tits out of his head. Failing, he closed his eyes…

He walked down the hallway, sounds emanating from behind multiple closed doors. Screams from some, moans from others. But there were a few with padlocks on the doors, and from these there was nothing. A silence deeper than silent, and He avoided those completely. Stopping in front of one emanating moans, he opened it and stepped through. Shadows flicked back and forth across the walls of the blank, padded cell. Turning, He closed the door, and the shadows brightened and reformed into an image of Grace. She was nude, and from the moisture beading down her legs, she was in need of a Taming. He grinned and strode towards her, grasping her firmly around the waist, pulling her into him for a deep kiss… Until she suddenly dissolved, leaving him grasping air. Looking about in bewilderment, He saw a form flick past and the door behind him swing open and shut. He moved to follow but was interrupted by a soft ticking coming from a corner of the room. Cautiously He moved to investigate. There, sitting on a pedestal was… What looked like a… Vagina? He moved closer and made out two wires leading from… whatever it was, to two large spheres with a plaque in between. No, not a plaque. A timer. 55:10:00 it read, counting down as he watched. He blinked and it changed to 00:00:00, a light began to flash, the spheres bulged, they looked ready to explode! He blinked again and the original timer was back, slowly counting down. The realization hit him and he lunged at his own groin, only to find a seamless patch of skin-!

Andrew snapped his eyes open with a gasp. Sue was still behind her desk, but what he had just experienced… “What the fuck was that?” He thought. At Sue’s call he stood and walked over to her desk.

She grinned at him. “Jack can talk with you now. He’s just finishing up some paperwork.” Her face went blank for a moment. “Uhh, what did you want to talk about again?”

“I just wanted to get your details for transporting any ferals I catch. I forgot to get them from Henry last time.”

Sue cocked her head. “Henry? Whozat?”

Andrew frowned and started to ask Sue why she didn’t remember the man who had been there the day before, but was stopped by another voice calling for him. Putting it down to Bunnygirl ditziness, he walked to the familiar office. “Hi. Jack, was it?” He addressed the man sitting in front of the computers.

Jack took his hand warmly. “Yup. And you are?”

“Andrew.”

Jack motioned to the other chair and Andrew sat down. “So, what can I do for you today? Looking for a ‘girl, looking to sell?”

Andrew shook his head. “I actually came by yesterday and set up a partnership with your ranch for feral sales, but I forgot to get the com and transporter numbers so I can send you ‘girls from the road.”

Jack blinked. “You… Came in yesterday?” He cocked his head slightly. “I was here yesterday and I don’t remember you coming in.”

Andrew shrugged. “I dealt with a guy named Henry. It was around 2:30?”

Jack nodded. “Oh, ok. At 2:30 I was…” He stopped. “No wait, I had already… But, what was I doing…?”

Andrew watched Jack’s face morph further into confusion. “Uh, is everything alright?”

Jack shuddered slightly. “Not really. For some reason I can’t remember what I was doing at that time. I left the front at 2:00 to do my rounds, gave Sue my number in case anyone came in, normal stuff. But then I can’t remember anything until mealtime, around 5:00.” He frowned. “You came in at 2:30? So Sue must have paged me, and I came up front, I guess?”

Andrew was watching him carefully. “No, I met with a man who introduced himself as Henry. Sue seemed to know him.”

Jack snorted. “That’s impossible. I was the only one here.” He looked at Andrew quizzically. “You said… Henry – OW!”

Andrew reeled back as Jack grabbed his head in his hands. “Hey, what’s wrong? Do I need to get a Rapha?”

Jack was shaking his head. “No, no. Just a really intense headache all of a sudden.” He looked at Andrew sheepishly. “Sorry. So, we were discussing your sales contract which I drew up for you yesterday, let me get you those numbers you need, unless you want to change the agreement?”

Andrew watched him for a few seconds before shaking his head slowly. “No, I just need the transport numbers so I can get you the ‘girls I catch. I don’t have a Pokegirl with teleport yet.”

Jack nodded. “Makes sense. Sorry again about that headache thing. I must have really startled you with that yell.” He pulled a folder out of the desk and started rifling through it. “Alright, let’s see… Ah, here we go. Andrew Ranger, standard contract, gave you the discount for exclusive rights… Here we are. Account numbers and personal teleporter codes.” He took a page out and transcribed some numbers from it. “There you go!”

Andrew took the sheet. “Thanks, Jack. Hope you feel better soon.”

Jack chuckled. “I feel better already, it was probably just a random thing. Thanks, though! Hope to see some good sales coming from you.”

Andrew grinned uneasily. “Hope so too.” He stood and walked out of the office, giving a cursory nod to Sue as he passed. Jack walked into the waiting room rubbing his head as the doors slid shut behind Andrew.

“Sue, would you mind paging me if anyone comes in today? I just had a splitting headache so I’m going to go lie down for a while.”

The Bunnygirl nodded enthusiastically and watched the man disappear into the depths of the ranch. She waited a few seconds to make sure he had left before turning to the com on her desk. Picking it up, her face abandoned all traces of vapidity and her eyes focused intently on the terminal in front of her. “Sir, I managed to keep the employee under control, but it was a close thing. I don’t know how much the subject may have discovered.” She listened intently for a few seconds. “Yes sir, he’s gone. The latest intelligence that was shared with me indicated he wouldn’t be returning to the ranch. I apologize if I have somehow jeopardized the operation –“ She paused and listened again. “No he didn’t say anything of importance. Should I sleep?” She blinked at the response from the com. “I… yes, sir. I will remain up in case I’m needed for recovery.” She put the unit down. Her eyes started to glow slightly as the Spellbun wiped the electronic footprint her call had made. Breathing slowly, she stashed the com unit away and closed her eyes. When she opened them again, all traces of intelligence had gone, leaving her the perfect Bunnygirl once more.

Andrew cursed as he strode quickly down the road leading away from the Dumbarton Oaks Ranch. Once he had gotten a short distance away he grabbed his belt and triggered all three of the pokeballs that sat there.

Grace materialized and started to open her mouth before Andrew held up his hand to silence her. “Listen very carefully. We are moving and we are going to be moving fast. Claire is on overwatch, Grace is with me on the ground. Lyn you are resting in your pokeball. I will be supervising your training once we make camp tonight.” He shook his head at their questioning looks. “I will explain tonight.” He recalled Lyn before she could protest and set off at a brisk walk north. “Let’s move, ladies.”

Claire jumped into the sky, her wings materializing as she sped off in front of her tamer, Grace jogging to catch up as she unloaded her AR from it’s sling. The three figures vanished quickly from sight.

<20:00, Wilds>

Andrew strolled into the clearing and dropped his pack. Grace did the same and withdrew the tent, a firestarter, and a cooking set from hers. As she was searching through the list of MREs Claire came winging down. Skidding to a halt in front of Andrew she also dropped her pack.

He glanced at her. “Well?”

She shook her head. “No detectable movement in our immediate area, but we should obviously set up the sonics.” She withdrew the feral repellers from her bag as she spoke. “What’s going on?”

Andrew didn’t answer, instead turning to Grace who had the fire started. “Toss me the tent. Time me.”

Grace snickered and tossed him the bundle. “Good luck. You won’t be able to set it up faster than me, though.”

Andrew chuckled and moved into the center of the clearing, withdrawing the poles and stakes and getting to work. Claire knelt beside Grace as she finished deciding on what to cook, withdrawing two MREs from Andrew’s Pokepack. “What is going on?” She whispered.

Grace shrugged and watched Andrew set up the tent. “I don’t know.” She muttered back. “We didn’t talk at all while we were moving. All I know is he went into the Ranch, and when he came out he wasn’t happy.”

Claire grimaced, but before she could continue she felt a hand on her shoulder. “Done.”

Grace gaped at the erect tent. “How the hell? That wasn’t even 10 minutes!”

Andrew chuckled and reached past Claire for the sonic repellers. “I’ve had practice.” Whistling softly, he set them up facing eachother. Claire looked at him quizzically.

“Uh, Andrew, those are supposed to be set up further away from eachother…” She trailed off when he put a finger to his lips. Finishing up the placement, he silently took Lyn’s pokeball and placed it in the middle, simultaneously turning them on. He strode back to where Grace and Claire were sitting.

“Alright, listen carefully. While I was in the Ranch a few things happened. Most importantly, I learned that the man I met with yesterday doesn’t exist.”

Grace shook her head. “What?”

Andrew nodded. “The man in there today had no knowledge of anyone else working at the ranch, and when I pressured him, he was confused until he told me he had a headache and proceeded to converse with me as if he had been the one I met with.”

Claire blinked. “What are you getting at?”

He glanced at Lyn’s pokeball. “This wasn’t the BLSF. It wasn’t Braxton. Someone else is tracking me, and from what the man in the ranch experienced, it’s someone who is a powerful mage or psychic.” He looked back. “Someone planted Lyn near me.”

Grace’s jaw set. “She’s a spy. I’m going to kill that bitch.”

Andrew grabbed her as she tried to rise. “No.”

She looked at him incredulously. “No? She’s a danger, I’m going to eliminate her.”

Andrew pulled her back down. “I said no. She might not be a spy. She might be exactly what she seems to be – a scared threshold Witch. Just because someone wanted me to have her doesn’t necessarily mean their intention is bad.” He glared at Grace. “And as I told you, you will never harm a member of this family without my consent.” He stared at her until she was forced to look away. “Understand?” She gave him a sullen nod. “Good. Now, what we’re going to do with this is exactly the same as if they are a hostile entity. We are going to continue as normal, but we will be on alert.” He glanced at Claire. “How alert are we going to be, Claire?”

She sighed and looked at him. “Alert for any move from anyone at any time.” She glanced back at Lyn’s pokeball. “Why did you do that?”

Andrew shrugged. “Just a precaution. If she was a spy she would probably have spells set up so she could hear around her while inside her ball. Also, some ‘girls can train themselves and do the same.” He looked at both of them. “Actually, that’s something I’ll want both of you to learn. There’s a way for a pokegirl to activate the release on her pokeball from inside.” Standing, he made his way to the sonics. “Help me set these up correctly, would you?” He called loudly. Claire looked at Grace, who shrugged, and they both moved to spread the repellers across the clearing.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Andrew sighed as he lay in the tent. They had had a filling meal, and now he had to talk to his ‘girls about the other thing he had experienced while he was in the ranch. If he was right, it was serious, but potentially not life threatening.
He looked up as Lyn slipped in. He was still going over the events from when he had received her at the ranch up to his current situation and couldn’t remember anything out of place. He was hoping that meant whomever it was that had planted her with him was content in letting him be his own man, like Braxton was. He didn’t think it was Sanctuary; what he had experienced already at their hand didn’t seem like they would be passive about his presence. He was almost positive it wasn’t the PLC; Braxton had already planted enough bugged equipment on him to count as an extra person. But if it wasn’t either of them, who was it? He had considered that it was some individual, but if that was the case, who? A Legendary? He shuddered at the thought. Ruling out Sanctuary and the PLC, and putting aside a Legendary – for now – then it fell to another organization. If he narrowed it down to those that would have powerful magic or psychic types on hand, and would prefer using them to other methods, he was left with only a few options. No leagues – He was sure they wouldn’t be subtle. He was left with one of the magic schools, or… The Celestial Alliance? Sisterhood of the Thorn? Order of Pendragon? Pleiades Group? He grimaced at the last one. Whoever they were, though, he was going to have to be on his guard.
Andrew came back to reality when Claire and Grace ducked into the tent. He motioned for them to sit down. “So. As you all know I had a therapy session while we were in London. It definitely helped me, but I’m afraid that getting rid of one problem has just allowed another to arise.”
His pokegirls looked at each other. “What problem?” Claire asked.
Andrew stared at his palms. “While I was at the ranch, I had a bit of a daydream.” He sighed. “It’s something I used to do a lot, but here it’s grown a new significance.” He shook his head slowly. “From what I experienced, I think I have a form of Tamer’s Disease.”
His harem looked at each other in shock, but before they could respond the bugged com rang. Andrew frowned and picked it up. “Hello?”
“Uh, crap. What’d I do, call someone? Hey anyone there?” A voice of a scared male and the screen showed a white guy, with a thin beard and long hair glaring out.
“Uh, yea, hi. How’d you get this number?” Andrew asked, turning the camera towards himself.
“Oh, Thank fucking hell. Listen man, You don’t know me, or anything, but we are on top of this building and we need help-” The man was cut off by another voice.
<<”That is probably the biggest understatement you could have said, mister Nico”>>.
“Look, I doubt we’re even in the same area if you got the wrong number. Can’t you just call someone…” He trailed off as a light started flashing on his ‘dex. “Uh, can you hold for just a moment? I’m getting another call.”
“No, Wait man-” the guy huffed before getting cut off as the phone switched calls.
Andrew checked the number on the second call. “Braxton. Why are you calling me?”
“Andrew, why the hell are you talking to Agent Lewis???”
“What? Is that who’s on the other line? He just randomly called me.”
“Ok, here’s the deal Andrew. You’re talking to a man who was declared MIA a few months ago. I can’t really tell you all the details, but I can tell you he was investigating some mysterious phenomena. We lost contact with him, and the fact that he’s calling you is suspicious, to say the least.”
That made the hair on the back of Andrew’s neck stand on end. “He’s on the dark continent, isn’t he.”
“I can’t say, and it sure as hell isn’t important to you…”
Andrew could feel his temper rising. “It damn well is important to me. If one of your Agents got himself captured and the Goths now know MY number which YOU gave me and can now FIND ME!”
“Merge the calls. I want to see that bastard’s mug and know where he is.”
Andrew grit his teeth and fiddled with the ‘dex until both screens appeared.
“Get Miche to the police station, you can’t carry both of us, I’ll be fine,” The weird guy was issuing orders over his shoulder at someone, “I need to wait for this guy to- Oh there you are. Wait… who-?”
“Who the hell are you and How in the thousand god’s name did you get that ‘dex?” A bewildered and enraged Braxton flummoxed at the sight of the young man, talking over him.
“My name is Jean Bachitari Koovi, I found this PDA thing in a locker of a weight room of this stadium, Which by the way is filled with zombies, as I was trying to tell the other guy. Here look.” The young man was still in command mode, and visibly bristled with anger at being shouted at. He turned the camera around and downward into a stadium. As the camera refocused Andrew and Braxton saw the entire interior was covered with meandering pokegirls. A quick zoom in and both could easily identify them as long turned Zombabes of many different pokegirls.
Andrew blanched. “Holy shit.” His harem looked at each other apprehensively.
“Yea, so I’d like some damn help,” The younger man came back into view as the camera turned around, “I just got here, but I have three squidgettes and a dragon woman with me that need some rescue. We are heading to the police station to find some kind of weapons -”
Andrew cut him off. “If you need a rescue you’re going to want to talk to Braxton. I am nowhere near equipped or prepared to wander into a city of… Zombabes.” Behind him Claire started whispering with Grace and Lyn.
Braxton was already on another line. He looked back to Jean as he spoke. “I’ve already triangulated your Location, and we are prepping. Clear the pokecenter of any of the Zombabes for your Evac.” He turned away. “We need to find Jack, he’s the only one that’s been there with his girls to set up a teleport point. Shit-” Braxton’s camera shuddered as he slammed his fist down. “Where the fuck is he! No!” Braxton yelled at someone off-screen. He turned back to the com. “Look, you’re going to need to hold out for a few hours. We don’t have any teleport capable girls who have been to that city on hand, so we’re going to fly to you. The first reinforcements should arrive quickly, but the rest of us are coming by copters. We’ll be a bit slower. 2-3 days”
Jean looked up and closed his eyes. Muttering to himself, but very clear to the others. “I wake up in the middle of a forest, get attacked by a Frankenstien monster, raped by orc women, and find myself in a zombie infested city that is in the middle of nowhere, AND I have to wait for a rescue this guy. Sounds just like a damn sitcom from ‘85”
Andrew snapped his head up, and spoke in a harsh voice. “Jean, I would advise you to not talk much to the response team.”
Jean looked down at the screen, blinking “huh, why?”
Andrew addressed Braxton. “I am asking as a friend here, Braxton. Please leave some things out of your report.” He looked back at Jean’s screen. “Come meet me in Coventry after you get out of there. I wouldn’t be able to do much to help you where you are, but I can be one of your best friends afterwards.” He bit his lip as he noticed Claire’s hard glare. “Actually, fuck it. Braxton, come pick me up from Coventry.”
Braxton glared at Andrew and ground his teeth in frustration. “You are lucky I have a ton of crap to deal with over this. I’ll send a girl in the morning. Got enough paperwork to file.” Braxton addressed Jean “Kid, You are a damn lucky son of a Byte-bitch you called this guy up.” He turned away and started barking orders before cutting the line on his end.
Andrew nodded at Jean. “See you soon, kid.” He ended the call and turned to his harem. “Claire, I sure hope you realize what you’re getting us into.”
She nodded. “He’s special, isn’t he?”
He sighed and looked away from Lyn. “Maybe. I want to meet him and find out.” He looked back. “Alright. So what I mentioned before… I had a vision that involved my genitals and a timer.” He chuckled at the looks on their faces. “Thinking about what has happened to me so far in this world, I assume that pertains to an emotion of mine. I’ve dampened my despair, so I think something new is coming to the front. Lust.”
Grace chuckled. “And that’s a bad thing?”
Andrew glared at her. “It’s not as bad as some of the other things that could have popped up, no. But it could still cause problems.” He looked around sheepishly. “For one, I could really, REALLY use a taming right now.”
They laughed and Grace pulled Andrew forwards, gasping in surprise as Andrew landed heavily on her shirt, pulling it down and exposing her breasts. Claire and Lyn declined the invitation, allowing the two of them to wear each other out. Jean and his Zombabe problem was for tomorrow, Andrew thought as he and Grace fucked like… Well, rabbits.
